Ten Steps Needed to Address the Present Immigration Crisis




This may surprise people who have read my series on the present immigration crisis. However, the truth is that America does need immigration to maintain itself. What we do not need is Obama’s version of immigration which threatens our very existence as a nation.

America Needs (LEGAL) Immigrants to Maintain the Population

The present birth rate of the United States is 1.8. This means that America would be dying on the vine without immigration. A country needs a population growth of 2.1 to maintain itself. Immigrants will form the means for America to maintain itself. Since so many of our social support systems are based upon a Ponzi scheme (e.g. social security, Medicare, etc.), we need to at least maintain the population, if not increase it.  However, what American does not need is an outright invasion of our southern border and in the next part in this series, I will reveal even more compelling reasons to control our border than the potential for a pandemic outbreak.

Except for violent criminals, I have never advocated for the incarceration or mass deportation of people who have crossed our border illegally. What I have called for is the implementation of proper immigration procedures, similar to what my father’s family had to go through when they entered into America. For the record, every illegal alien should be issued a seven year visa. Every child should be issued a visa which is valid until they are 21. Immigrants should be provided with a traditional naturalization process which includes the following:

1. The availability of classes which will teach immigrants to read and write and English. It should not be the expectation of any immigrant group, from anywhere in the world, that the American people should be forced to facilitate and fund the integration of any language into the mainstream of American culture in perpetuity, other than English.

The bilingual approach to teaching English should be utilized, but only as a stop gap measure and this program should have a shelf life of over 10 years.   The long-term goal of this program should be to reinforce the fact that the business and education language of America is English. Further, everyone is free to practice the religion they want, so long as they do not violate our laws or try to forcibly impose their religion on others. And we are beginning to see the appearance of forced religious ideology rearing its ugly head in this country and it is coming largely from foreigners.

2. Classes should also be offered which will teach these immigrants legitimate American history and American government principles. Every immigrant should known their rights (e.g. First Amendment free speech, Second Amendment of the right to own guns). This is why the Obama administration simply wants amnesty. He does not want 30 million illegal aliens in America to know that Obama is violating everyone’s rights (e.g. NDAA) every single day.

3.  For the first year of residency, each illegal immigrant must undergo low cost health screening at the expense of the immigrant. If they have a serious and communicable health condition, such as drug resistant TB etc., they should be immediately be medically stabilized and subsequently deported to their country of origin.

4. I do not support mass deportations unless the presence of an individual or identifiable group of illegal alien poses a direct threat to the American people. Past criminal behavior, not including political crimes, and communicable and serious health concerns are the two major exceptions to my belief that we should not be deporting illegal aliens already living in the United States.

Each illegal immigrant should be issued a work visa upon being processed. America, unless we are willing to commit a heinous act, such as President Andrew Jackson did in the infamous Trail of Tears holocaust in which he relocated entire Native American segments of the population and tens of thousands of innocent people perished in the process, the deportation of 30 million illegal aliens should be off the table because of the potential catastrophic loss of life. No reasonable person wants this on their conscience. Regardless of someone’s country of origin, we cannot forget our traditional Christian heritage and values as a nation and should hold dear everyone’s life, not just American citizens.

5. The American government should fund the naturalization process for 30 million illegal aliens. by monies collected from the people who are responsible for this crisis, namely the host country and the immigrants themselves. The cost cannot be funded by one American dime.

The funds for these programs should be billed to the immigrant’s home country. Since so many foreign governments encourage their lower social economic class to run to America so they can partake in the mythical streets made of gold when they get here, these governments can be taken into international courts of law and charged as being an accomplice associated with criminal trespass as the American people can seek financial relief in the amount which will be equivalent with providing resettlement services within the United States. It is time that these foreign governments be made to fund their enlightened ideas which includes overrunning the United States in such numbers as to lessen our infrastructure services to legitimate citizens (e.g., food, water, roads, schools, hospitals, law enforcement).

Every illegal immigrant should be taxed10% of their net income to fund their “resettlement education”. If an immigrant truly wants to become an American in the traditional sense, then they should embrace this generous opportunity. If an immigrant is not working, the amount, again, is billed to the country of origin.

If the desire of these illegal immigrants is to live off of our collective American labor, then they need to be given a clear message, stay home! We have over half of this country on some kind of federal welfare, we cannot continue to take on anymore. After all, don’t we invade countries for not exclusively using the Petrodollar in purchasing oil? Shouldn’t we be willing to flex our muscles to force countries to stop using America as a repository for their poor and homeless? America constitutes four percent of the world’s population. We cannot support the other 96%.

When one considers the purposeful actions on the part of this administration in proactively planning the most recent crisis on the border, the President should face impeachment and removal from office because Obama has violated his oath to defend the country.

6. We should immediately close our borders and ports to all illegal immigration and streamline the application process related to immigration.

7. All children should be given until they are 21, or seven years, to complete the process outlined here. Any adult not complying with the seven year deadline to accomplish the above tasks, should face the same fate that my father’s family faced, deportation. These immigrants are no better or worse than any past immigrant group.

8. All illegal immigrants, who have entered the country in the past 60 days, should be quarantined and be given a complete health screening. I realize that this will not totally mitigate the health risk perpetrated upon the American people by this administration’s purposeful and reckless dispersing of illegal immigrants to multiple locations around the country. However, this would provide the country with a chance to lower the odds of a pandemic resulting from this uncontrolled immigration.

9. Any illegal immigrant convicted of a violent crime while in this country, should be sentenced to hard labor in a CCA prison. This would be one way to make good on various states and their profit guarantees for the private prison system which is overtaking America’s justice system. Maybe then, judges could stop throwing people in prison for such minor crimes as simple possession of marijuana.

10. It is time for the military to be assigned to border enforcement because we are facing a serious national security threat above and beyond what I detailed in previous parts of this series.

Conclusion

Obama will never implement what is here, because these proposed policies are designed to preserve the integrity of the Republic while safeguarding the welfare of the illegal immigrants. Obama views both groups with contempt and his actions prove this point. And what we do not need is this kind of person coming into our country.
