Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on Earth

Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on Earth

-- more than ruin, more even than death. Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habits; thought is anarchic and lawless, indifferent to authority, careless of the well-tried wisdom of the ages. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid ... Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man.”
People in this world today cannot see It is very nearly impossible to become an educated person in a country or our world so quick distrustful of the independent mind.
With freedom there is a responsibility to Think for yourself and let others enjoy the privilege of doing so too.

When we blindly adopt a religion, a political system, a literary dogma, we become automatons and the truth and true freedom or sovereignty is lost in the hearts and minds of the citizens of our world.

This life is for loving, sharing, learning, smiling, caring, forgiving, laughing, hugging, helping, dancing, wondering, healing, and even more loving. I choose to live life this way. I want to live my life in such a way that when I get out of bed in the morning, the devil says, 'aw shit, he's up!”

“If this nation is to be wise as well as strong, if we are to Achieve our destiny, then we need more new ideas for more wise men reading more good books in more public libraries. These libraries should be open to all—except the censor. We must know all the facts and hear all the alternatives and listen to all the criticisms. Let us welcome controversial books and controversial authors. For the Bill of Rights is the guardian of our security as well as our liberty.

“I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpation's.”

We à people of a great nation ,We are not afraid to entrust the American people with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien philosophies, and competitive values. For a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people. And our leaders and government aka the establishments know this all to well and use that very fact against we the people and the citizens of our many will speak of money and set you aside for the lack of it just know this my friends Do you not know that God entrusted use with that money (all above what buys necessities for your families) to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to help the stranger, the widow, the fatherless; and, indeed, as far as it will go, to relieve the wants of all mankind? How can you, how dare you, defraud the Lord, by applying it to any other purpose?

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.our future is at hand When we fully understand the brevity of life, its fleeting joys and unavoidable pains; when we accept the facts that all men and women are approaching an inevitable doom: the consciousness of it should make us more kindly and considerate of each other. This feeling should make men and women use their best efforts to help their fellow travelers on the road, to make the path brighter and easier as we journey on. It should bring a closer kinship, a better understanding, and a deeper sympathy for the way

To the future or to the past, to a time when thought is free, when men are different from one another and do not live alone— to a time when truth exists and what is done cannot be undone: From the age of uniformity, from the age of solitude, from the age of Big Brother, from the age of doublethink — greetings! “The moment you say that any idea system is sacred, whether it’s a religious belief system or a secular ideology, the moment you declare a set of ideas to be immune from criticism, satire, derision, or contempt, freedom of thought becomes impossible. Understand what freedom truly is You can't pick and choose which types of freedom you want to defend. You must defend all of it or be against all of it.
You must come to learn that Freedom is an absolute state, there is no such thing as being half-free.Governments of our world use force against all freethinking citizens to Repression by brute force is always a confession of the inability to make use of the better weapons of the intellect—better because they alone give promise of final success. And the final outcome is exactly what the establishment does not want the free to have their win or success of over coming the indoctrination of the country or nation from which free citizens hail.

As for me I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world and is the human right of all beings come to see that we must Be true to ourselves. But that's something everyone says and no one means. No one wants you to be yourself. They want you to To be indoctrinated and conformed.

Many live in fear in our world and nation today but for me I have given fear away to a new me I see fear as simple this When you are scared, but do it anyway, that's brave, people will tell you there is evil in our world that's true but more so There is evil in everyone. The first step toward loving someone else is to recognize that evil in yourself, so you can forgive them.

I tell people all the time we are the change we have been seeking because Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not.
I speak out on and at many forums these days I speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.

We are apart of the whole of our world A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

I have learned or come to see The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery each day.we say we want change in our world The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking,

The greatest wisdom is in simplicity. Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It's not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It's encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart, and you will find your way.”

As far as obeying the law One has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.In my years I have come to the understanding that “It is not always the same thing to be a good man and a good citizen. If the injustice is part of the necessary friction of the machine of government, let it go, let it go: perchance it will wear smooth--certainly the machine will wear out… but if it is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then I say, break the law. Let your life be a counter-friction to stop the machine. What I have to do is to see, at any rate, that I do not lend myself to the wrong which I condemn.”
Freedom is not being governed or ruled

“To be GOVERNED is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so. To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be place under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonored. That is government; that is its justice; that is its morality."

Education is power No thief, however skillful, can rob one of knowledge, and that is why knowledge is the best and safest treasure to acquire yet less we forget Confidence is ignorance. If you're feeling cocky, it's because there's something you don't know For me, I am driven by two main philosophies: know more today about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you.
“Wisdom cannot be imparted. Wisdom that a wise man attempts to impart always sounds like foolishness to someone else ... Knowledge can be communicated, but not wisdom. One can find it, live it, do wonders through it, but one cannot communicate and teach it.”

This is what I see as the fear in my countrymen and women

Today I say stand and be counted fear nothing live free and show the world your doing it it is your Human Right If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.”

From the Author When someone steals another's clothes, we call them a thief. Should we not give the same name to one who could clothe the naked and does not? The bread in your cupboard belongs to the hungry; the coat unused in your closet belongs to the one who needs it; the shoes rotting in your closet belong to the one who has no shoes; the money which you hoard up belongs to the poor.

Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned, everywhere is war and until there are no longer first-class and second-class citizens of any nation, until the color of a man's skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes. And until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race, there is war. And until that day, the dream of lasting peace, world citizenship, rule of international morality, will remain but a fleeting illusion to be pursued, but never attained... now everywhere is war." - - Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia

Cancer Cure Suppressed for 80 Years

Cancer Cure Suppressed for 80 Years

After 70+ years, we all know how well the Big Pharma model of filling ourselves up with chemicals and ripping out our vital organs has served us… These aren’t “cures”. That system doesn’t heal!

A person does not hear sound only through the ears; he hears sound through every pore of his body. It permeates the entire being, and according to its particular influence either slows or quickens the rhythm of the blood circulation; it either wakens or soothes the nervous system. It arouses a person to greater passions or it calms him by bringing him peace. According to the sound and its influence a certain effect is produced. Sound becomes visible in the form of radiance. This shows that the same energy which goes into the form of sound before being visible is absorbed by the physical body. In that way the physical body recuperates and becomes charged with new magnetism. — Sufi musician, mystic, and healer Hazrat Inayat Khan

Everything vibrates. Everything.

Our reality is such that frequencies have a much more profound effect on us than we’ve been previously led to believe. This reality can no longer be ignored.

As technologically advanced as we are constantly told we are these days, there are some technologies just now being presented to the public as “new” when they are not new at all, but have simply been widely suppressed for decades. Things like the “new” digital neuro headbands that pulse specific electromagnetic frequencies into a person’s head to “transition” his or her moods, for example.

It has also come out in recent years that frequencies can cure diseases, including cancer. Professor and researcher Anthony Holland even gave a TEDx talk on “Shattering Cancer with Resonant Frequencies” a few years back, discussing the ability to destroy cancer cells and deadly super bugs like MRSA with oscillating pulsed electrical fields… not that you probably heard about it on the nightly news or anything.

As someone pointed out in the comments, phrases like, “They hadn’t seen anything quite like it. Seems to be a new phenomenon,” (emphasis mine), made viewers who know about the organized suppression of such technologies since at least the 1930s want to slam their own heads into a wall.

Meet Dr. Royal Raymond Rife

Dr. Rife

Dr. Rife has been referred to by those who personally knew and worked with him as a genius. A scientist and inventor, starting in the 1920s, Rife began building a large and complex microscope capable of magnifying objects 31,000 times (compared with maybe 1700 times available on standard microscopes in the 1930s and 40s). By 1940 Rife had a two-foot high device weighing in at 200 pounds which included some 5,682 parts that enabled Rife to see viruses and bacteria in a way no other scientists had.

Because these organisms were so tiny, Rife designed a method of staining them with light.Through this work, Rife came to understand that all living things, including bacteria and viruses, have their own frequency or oscillation pattern. Just like a specific musical note can shatter a wine glass if sung at the resonant frequency of the glass, it was found frequencies could also be used to destroy pathogens.

As he continued to isolate viruses and bacteria and locate their frequencies for destruction, Rife claimed he discovered the virus responsible for cancer.

Using resonance, or what he termed the “Mortal Oscillatory Rate” of the virus, he killed it. Over and over and over.

Rife completed hundreds of experiments on tumors in rats purposefully infected with this isolated cancer virus before ever using his cancer-killing frequencies on people. In 1934, he tested out his device out on 16 terminally ill cancer patients. Out of 16, all but two of them were considered officially cured in just three months. Of his treatment Rife would later write,

“With the frequency instrument treatment, no tissue is destroyed, no pain is felt, no noise is audible, and no sensation is noticed. A tube lights up and 3 minutes later the treatment is completed. The virus or bacteria is destroyed and the body then recovers itself naturally from the toxic effect of the virus or bacteria. Several diseases may be treated simultaneously.”

An LA Times article described the method for the public in June 1940.

“For organisms too small to be stained, an ingenious illuminating system is used. This system utilizes Rife’s theory that organisms respond to certain wavelengths, a theory he carries to finality by bombarding disease germs with radio waves which are ‘tuned’ to those of the minute man-killers. And the virus he says occurs in cancer has, Rife insists, disintegrated under such radio waves.”

Rife was hailed in the scientific and medical communities for his discoveries. By 1937, Rife had established a company called Beam Ray with several colleagues, and 14 of his machines were manufactured.

So what happened? Why aren’t these machines in every hospital and cancer treatment center in the world today?

Simply put, the only cancer Rife couldn’t seem to kill was greed.

How the Cure for Cancer Got Suppressed

Morris Fishbein

Morris Fishbein

Powerful opposition with vested interests in allopathic (pharmaceutical and surgery-based) medicine and the still infant cancer “treatment” called chemotherapy, and medical professionals linked to the Rockefeller Foundation (with its deeply entrenched eugenics-based population control agenda) would make sure Rife’s machines would never be available to the public at large.

One such stooge was Dr. Morris Fishbein, head for a time of the American Medical Association (AMA) and described by Bob Wallace on LewRockwell.com as a “shakedown artist” hellbent on destroying naturopathic medical inventors he couldn’t buy out:

“Fishbein sent an attorney to make a token attempt to buy out Rife. Rife refused. Although no one knows the exact terms of the offer, it was probably similar to the one Fishbein made to Harry Hoxsey for his herbal cancer remedy (which Fishbein, in court, had to admit worked on skin cancer).

Fishbein and his associates would receive all profits for nine years and Hoxsey would receive nothing. Then, if they were satisfied that it worked, Hoxsey would begin to receive 10% of the profits. When Hoxsey refused, Fishbein used his political connections to have Hoxsey arrested 125 times in a period of 16 months. The charges (based on practicing without a license) were always thrown out of court, but Fishbein harassed Hoxsey for 25 years. The only good thing that came out of it is that the scandal forced Fishbein to resign.

Fishbein then offered Phil Hoyland, an investor in Beam Ray and an electrical engineer who had helped build the frequency instruments, legal assistance in an attempt to steal the company from Rife and the other investors. A lawsuit ensued.”

That lawsuit was the beginning of the end of Rife and his machines. Unable to withstand the attacks on his character and life’s work in court, Rife crumbled and turned to alcoholism (despite the fact that he ultimately won his case). The legal costs bankrupted him, and his Beam Ray company went out of business.

Fishbein continued to wield the power of the AMA to halt any further proper scientific investigations into Rife’s claims or his machine. The doctors that had previously supported Rife and his work suddenly fell silent. Arthur Kendall, one of Rife’s partners, suddenly retired to Mexico with a “gift” of a quarter of a million dollars. Other doctors were given large grants and AMA honors to shut their mouths and go back to prescribing pharmaceuticals. Major medical journals, predominantly funded by Big Pharma advertising revenues, refused to publish anyone’s work involving Rife’s theories or his machines.

Rife’s lab was also broken into, and documentation of his work including photographs and even pieces of his microscopes were stolen and vandalized. Then, in what would be too much coincidence for even a Hollywood movie, the multi-million dollar Burnett Lab was torched and destroyed just as its scientists were about to corroborate Rife’s findings.

The burned Burnett Lab

Police illegally confiscated the rest of Rife’s research … and that was it. Fishbein would go down in history with a prestigious write up a medical career on “exposing quacks” (or, alternatively, financial “enemies” of Big Pharma’s chemical and surgery-based medicine model).

It wasn’t just Fishbein. There was a coordinated effort to ensure other doctors didn’t even attempt to follow in Rife’s footsteps.

Dr. Cornelius P. Rhoads, an oncologist, Rockefeller Institute alum and head of the chemical warfare service during the last two years of WWII, spent two decades from 1939-1959 as the head of Memorial Sloan Kettering — the nation’s premier chemotherapy advocate where Rhoads helped shape the newly emerging “treatment” of cancer with chemotherapy. He, too, prevented other doctors from even attempting to replicate Rife’s work, pulling strings to get research funding canceled for those who dared to try.

Rhoads not only prevented Dr. Irene Diller from announcing the discovery of the cancer micro-organism to the New York Academy of Sciences in 1950, but he got Dr. Caspe slapped with a nasty IRS investigation and her laboratory funds canceled after she announced a similar discovery in Rome three years later.

Rhoads, it should be pointed out, would also go down in history as a potential murderer.

In the 1930s, when Rhoads was down in Puerto Rico for the Rockefeller’s Anemia Commission, after a drunken night where he returned to find his car had been vandalized, he wrote a disgusting, racist confession of both murder and attempted murder by injecting people with cancer to a colleague:

“They [Puerto Ricans] are beyond doubt the dirtiest, laziest, most degenerate and thievish race of men ever inhabiting this sphere. It makes you sick to inhabit the same island with them. They are even lower than Italians. What the island needs is not public health work but a tidal wave or something to totally exterminate the population. It might then be livable. I have done my best to further the process of extermination by killing off 8 and transplanting cancer into several more. The latter has not resulted in any fatalities so far… The matter of consideration for the patients’ welfare plays no role here — in fact all physicians take delight in the abuse and torture of the unfortunate subjects.”

At least 13 people died under Rhoads’ “care” in Puerto Rico.

The Rockefeller public relations firm came out later to say Rhoads was simply writing a “fantastic and playful” letter for his own amusement, a satire piece. Token investigations, including one initiated by the Rockefeller Institute, claimed there was no evidence Rhoads had abused or neglected his patients. Interesting wording.

As far as history is concerned, you can believe Rhoads’ letter hasn’t been featured too prominently in his otherwise illustrious biography as a pioneer of chemotherapy.

And Today?

How many people have needlessly died from cancer that could have quickly, painlessly, and inexpensively been cured by Rife technology in the years since his research was suppressed? It’s a horrifying thought.

My mother almost died from cancer. They gave her grueling chemotherapy treatments including one she later found out wasn’t even for the cancer type she had been diagnosed with. When all was said and done, and her immune system had been utterly destroyed but her cancer went into remission, the doctors told her it would probably come back in five to ten years.

That. Is NOT. A cure.

The reason the average person still believes dangerous and toxic chemotherapy actually “cures” cancer today is linked to the same greedy force behind why the majority of people still fuel their cars with gasoline despite the fact that much more efficient, inexpensive, and environmentally sound alternatives have existed for decades but have also been suppressed until recently.

Greed, however, can’t keep the truth hidden from humanity forever … especially those truths which are so fundamentally obvious.

It’s 2017. How many years have people been dutifully donating money to cancer research and “running for the cure” without so much as a peep from the allopathic medical system about the cause?

Albeit quietly, we now have researchers coming out of the woodwork to verify the power of resonant frequencies to kill viruses and bacteria and to cure even life-threatening diseases, including cancer. Two doctors in 2014 published a paper in Global Advances in Health and Medicine titled “Life Rhythm as a Symphony of Oscillatory Patterns: Electromagnetic Energy and Sound Vibration Modulates Gene Expression for Biological Signaling and Healing”. In it, they concluded:

Hence, not only chemicals and physical energies like EMFs and sound vibrations, but even our emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and the way we develop our intentions and life rhythms can deeply transform our gene expression patterning at the cellular level. This finding may disclose unexpected chances to develop self-healing processes based on further utilization of this remarkable human potential…

The paradigm emerging here moves from a purely biochemical viewpoint, based solely upon physical concepts of energy and momentum transfer and their implications for biochemistry, to a holistic, information-based paradigm. Much as a whisper might carry more gravitas than shouted words, science may now be uncovering the basic principles of a more subtle informational biology in which specific signaling behaviors can carry the power for healing.

The power of healing.

After 70+ years, we all know how well the Big Pharma model of filling ourselves up with chemicals and ripping out our vital organs has served us… These aren’t “cures”. That system doesn’t heal.

It’s only a matter of time before the medical and scientific communities will be forced to admit Rife was right or risk losing the last few shreds of credibility they have in a world where it’s become all too obvious we’ve been purposefully held hostage in a technology bubble … to our own detriment.

26 Native American Traditional Code Of Ethics That Everyone Should Follow

26 Native American Traditional Code Of Ethics That Everyone Should Follow

Creed and Code are the essence of the standards our honored ancestors lived by. They are based on honesty, integrity, helping one another in work and play, making the best of things, being friendly and kind, respecting elders, and taking care of Mother Earth that gives us food and shelter needed to survive.

1. Each morning upon rising, and each evening before sleeping, give thanks for the life within you and for all life, for the good things the Creator has given you and for the opportunity to grow a little more each day. Consider your thoughts and actions of the past day and seek for the courage and strength to be a better person. Seek for the things that will benefit others (everyone).

2. Respect. Respect means “To feel or show honor or esteem for someone or something; to consider the well being of, or to treat someone or something with deference or courtesy”. Showing respect is a basic law of life.

3. Treat every person from the tiniest child to the oldest elder with respect at all times.

4. Special respect should be given to Elders, Parents, Teachers, and Community Leaders.

5. No person should be made to feel “put down” by you; avoid hurting other hearts as you would avoid a deadly poison.

6. Touch nothing that belongs to someone else (especially Sacred Objects) without permission, or an understanding between you.

7. Respect the privacy of every person, never intrude on a person’s quiet moment or personal space.

8. Never walk between people that are conversing.

9. Never interrupt people who are conversing.

10. Speak in a soft voice, especially when you are in the presence of Elders, strangers or others to whom special respect is due.

11. Do not speak unless invited to do so at gatherings where Elders are present (except to ask what is expected of you, should you be in doubt).

12. Never speak about others in a negative way, whether they are present or not.

13. Treat the earth and all of her aspects as your mother. Show deep respect for the mineral world, the plant world, and the animal world. Do nothing to pollute our Mother, rise up with wisdom to defend her.

14. Show deep respect for the beliefs and religion of others.

15. Listen with courtesy to what others say, even if you feel that what they are saying is worthless. Listen with your heart.

16. Respect the wisdom of the people in council. Once you give an idea to a council meeting it no longer belongs to you. It belongs to the people. Respect demands that you listen intently to the ideas of others in council and that you do not insist that your idea prevail. Indeed you should freely support the ideas of others if they are true and good, even if those ideas ideas are quite different from the ones you have contributed. The clash of ideas brings forth the Spark of Truth.

17. Once a council has decided something in unity, respect demands that no one speak secretly against what has been decided. If the council has made an error, that error will become apparent to everyone in its own time.

18. Be truthful at all times, and under all conditions.

19. Always treat your guests with honor and consideration. Give of your best food, your best blankets, the best part of your house, and your best service to your guests.

20. The hurt of one is the hurt of all, the honor of one is the honor of all.

21. Receive strangers and outsiders with a loving heart and as members of the human family.

22. All the races and tribes in the world are like the different colored flowers of one meadow. All are beautiful. As children of the Creator they must all be respected.

23. To serve others, to be of some use to family, community, nation, and the world is one of the main purposes for which human beings have been created. Do not fill yourself with your own affairs and forget your most important talks. True happiness comes only to those who dedicate their lives to the service of others.

24. Observe moderation and balance in all things.

25. Know those things that lead to your well-being, and those things that lead to your destruction.

26. Listen to and follow the guidance given to your heart. Expect guidance to come in many forms; in prayer, in dreams, in times of quiet solitude, and in the words and deeds of wise Elders and friends.

Joseph F Barber
“If there is one thing I can brag about and be proud of in my life, it’s my dedication to friendship. If I call you a friend, I mean it. You are now on par with being a family member. Friendships are not made overnight; it takes time, effort, and energy. For me, friendships are tested not in the best of times, but in the worst of times. You don’t always get a second chance to be there for someone .

The Government Is Not Going to Save Us

Justice Denied: The Government Is Not Going to Save Us

 John W. Whitehead

“The warlords of history are still kicking our heads in, and no one, not our fathers, not our Gods, is coming to save us.”— Journalist Ta-Nehisi Coates
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled: it will not hear the case of Young v. Borders.
Despite the fact that a 26-year-old man was gunned down by police who banged on the wrong door at 1:30 am, failed to identify themselves as police, and then repeatedly shot and killed the innocent homeowner who answered the door while holding a gun in self-defense, the justices of the high court refused to intervene to address police misconduct.
Although 26-year-old Andrew Scott committed no crime and never fired a single bullet or lifted his firearm against police, only to be gunned down by police who were investigating a speeding incident by engaging in a middle-of-the-night “knock and talk” in Scott’s apartment complex, the Supreme Court refused to balance the scales between justice and injustice.
Despite the fact that police shot and killed nearly 1,000 people nationwide for the third year in a row (many of whom were unarmed, mentally ill, minors or were shot merely because militarized police who were armed to the hilt “feared” for their safety), the Supreme Court will not act to right the wrongs being meted out by the American police state.
Although “knock-and-talk” policing has become a thinly veiled, warrantless—lethal—exercise by which citizens are coerced and intimidated into “talking” with heavily armed police who “knock” on their doors in the middle of the night, the Supreme Court will not make the government play by the rules of the Constitution.
The lesson to be learned: the U.S. Supreme Court will not save us.
No one is coming to save us: not the courts, not the legislatures, and not the president.
More people died from police violence in 2017 than the total number of U.S. soldiers killed in action around the globe (21). More people died at the hands of police in 2017 than the number of black people who were lynched in the worst year of Jim Crow (161 in 1892). Cops killed more Americans in 2017 than terrorists did (four). They killed more citizens than airplanes (13 deaths worldwide), mass shooters (428 deaths) and Chicago’s “top gang thugs” (675 Chicago homicides).
Americans are dying at the hands of the police, and the U.S. government doesn’t care.
In Kansas, a prank caller placed a fake 911 call (the tactic is referred to as “swatting”) that prompted a SWAT team to open fire on a 28-year-old unarmed man who had been spending a quiet evening at home with his family. The man was shot dead within moments of appearing outside his home, clearly confused to find his home surrounded by police on all sides, guns pointed in his direction, and orders being shouted at him. Thus far, all the blame has rested with the prank caller and little with the cops who shot first and asked questions later.
In New York, a 68-year-old former Marine was shot and killed by police who did a welfare check on him after he accidentally set off his emergency medical alert device. Although Kenneth Chamberlain insisted he was fine, police refused to leave, eventually kicked open the door, zapping Chamberlain with a stun gun, shooting him with beanbag ammunition and then killing him with a pistol shot. The cops were not charged.
In Arizona, a police officer was acquitted after he shot an unarmed man outside his hotel room while the man cried, begged and pleaded for his life. As the Associated Press reports:
“The shooting occurred in the Phoenix suburb of Mesa after officers ordered Shaver to exit his hotel room, lie face-down in a hallway and refrain from making sudden movements — or risk being shot. Shaver, 26, sobbed as he begged police not to shoot and was ordered to crawl toward officers. As he inched forward, he reached toward the waistband of his shorts. Brailsford said he fired his rifle because he believed Shaver was grabbing a handgun in his waistband. While no gun was found on Shaver’s body…the detective investigating the shooting had agreed Shaver’s movement was similar to reaching for a pistol, but has said it also looked as though Shaver was pulling up his loose-fitting basketball shorts that had fallen down as he was ordered to crawl toward officers.”
It gets worse.
You see, it’s not just that the U.S. government appears unconcerned about the fact that Americans are dying at the hands of the police.
Right now, the U.S. government is actively doing everything in its power to ensure that the killing spree continues.
Take Jeff Sessions, for example.
While the president’s conveniently-timed tweets distract the public and dominate the headlines, his attorney general continues to bulldoze over the Constitution, knocking down what scant protections remain between the citizenry and the hydra-headed police state.
Within his first year as attorney general, Jeff Sessions has made a concerted effort to expand the police state’s power to search, strip, seize, raid, steal from, arrest and jail Americans for any infraction, no matter how insignificant.
What this means is more militarized police, more asset forfeiture, more private prisons, more SWAT team raids, more police shootings of unarmed citizens, and more wars waged by the government against the American people.
And while the crime rate may be falling, the death toll—casualties of the government’s war on the American people—is growing.
The body count will continue to mount as long as the courts continue to march in lockstep with the police state, as long as police unions continue to strong-arm politicians into letting police agencies get away with murder, as long as legislators continue to care more about getting re-elected than about protecting the rights of the citizenry, as long as police continue to treat their fellow citizens as enemy combatants on a battlefield, as long as the media continues to focus the spotlight on circus politics, and as long as the citizenry fail to be alarmed and outraged every time the police state shoots another hole in the Constitution.
Even so, it’s not just the police shootings that are cause for concern.
We are inching ever closer to a constitutional crisis the likes of which we have never seen before, and “we the people” are woefully unprepared and ill-equipped to deal with a government that is corrupt, topsy turvy, unjust, immoral, illegal, brutal, violent, war-hungry, greedy, biased, imbalanced, unaccountable, non-transparent, fascist and as illegitimate as they come.
Where do we go from here?
We’ve been through troubled times before.
In fact, it was 50 years ago this year, in 1968, when the country was buffeted by assassinations, riots and protests: “The assassinations of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy. The riots that shook Washington, Chicago, Baltimore and other U.S. cities. Campus protests. Civil rights protests. Vietnam War protests. The Tet Offensive. The My Lai massacre. The rise of Richard Nixon and the retreat of Lyndon Johnson.”
Fifty years later, we’re no better off.
The nation is still being buffeted by economic instability, racial inequality, injustice, police brutality, government misconduct and a rising discontent on the part of the populace.
I can’t help but wonder what Martin Luther King Jr. would have to say to about his dream today.
Certainly, the reality we must contend with is far different from King’s dream of a world without racism, militarism and materialism: America has become a ticking time bomb of racial unrest and injustice, police militarization, surveillance, government corruption and ineptitude, the blowback from a battlefield mindset and endless wars abroad, and a growing economic inequality between the haves and have nots.
King himself—in life, a hard-talking, charismatic leader, voice of authority, and militant, nonviolent activist minister/peace warrior who staged sit-ins, boycotts and marches and lived through police attack dogs, water cannons and jail cells—has been so watered down in death that younger generations recognize his face but know very little about his message.
Yet King had a lot to say that remains relevant to our day and age.
“Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.”
“Nonviolence is the answer to the crucial political and moral questions of our time — the need for mankind to overcome oppression and violence without resorting to violence and oppression.”
“The arc of the moral universe is long but it bends toward justice.”
“We can no longer afford to worship the god of hate or bow before the altar of retaliation.”
“We are now faced with the fact that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history there is such a thing as being too late. Procrastination is still the thief of time. Life often leaves us standing bare, naked, and dejected with a lost opportunity. The tide in the affairs of men does not remain at flood — it ebbs. We may cry out desperately for time to pause in her passage, but time is adamant to every plea and rushes on. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residues of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words, ‘Too late.’”
We cannot afford to wait until it is “too late.”
This is no time to stand silently on the sidelines. It’s a time for anger and reform. Most importantly, it’s a time for making ourselves heard. And there is no better time to act than the present.
As Robert F. Kennedy reminded his listeners in a speech delivered at the University of Cape Town in 1966, “Hand in hand with freedom of speech goes the power to be heard, to share in the decisions of government which shape men’s lives. Everything that makes man’s life worthwhile—family, work, education, a place to rear one’s children and a place to rest one’s head—all this depends on decisions of government; all can be swept away by a government which does not heed the demands of its people.”
What can ordinary citizens do?
As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, instead of sitting around and waiting for someone else to change things, take charge. Never discount the part that everyday citizens play in our nation’s future. You can change things, but there can be no action without education. Get educated about your rights and exercise them. Start by reading the Bill of Rights. You can do so online at www.rutherford.org. Or, if you want a copy to keep with you, email me at staff@rutherford.org and I’ll send you a free one.
Most important of all, just get out there and do your part to make sure that your government officials hear you. The best way to ensure that happens is by never giving up, never backing down, and never remaining silent. To quote Dr. King, “If you can’t fly, run; if you can’t run, walk; if you can’t walk, crawl, but by all means keep moving.”
It doesn’t matter whether you’re protesting the economy, the war, the environment or something else altogether. What matters is that you do your part. As that great revolutionary firebrand Samuel Adams pointed out, “It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brushfires in people’s minds.”
Take some time right now and start your own brushfire for freedom. Learn about the issues and then take a stand: attend local government meetings, contact your representatives, raise awareness within your community, and generally make your voice heard.
It’s midnight in America right now. But the real question is, will there be a dawn?
That’s up to you and me. The future is in our hands.

Which Constitution You Took an Oath to Defend?

Which Constitution You Took an Oath to Defend?

Most of the people we talk to who say that they “toooath to preserve and defend the Constitution,” including many military officers, (1) don’t know what a Constitution is; (2) never seriously sat down and studied or thought about any one of the three Constitutions Americans are likely to encounter; (3) don’t know which Constitution they took an Oath to.
This article is for all those people.
The greatest enemy we face every day is ignorance. The second greatest is sloth– which leads to the careless “taking for granted” of things which should never be taken for granted.
A “constitution” is a debt agreement.
It lays out services to be provided, who is responsible for providing these services, how they will be administered, and who pays for the services.
Even a cursory glance at any one of the three (3) Constitutions Americans are likely to see reveals that, yes, indeed, all these matters are covered–howbeit, in different forms and by different parties.
No doubt it is a surprise to many that we have three Constitutions. Let’s start there and review the facts.
There is “The Constitution for the united States of America” written and adopted in 1787. This is the actual Constitution forming the union of unincorporated organic land jurisdiction “States of America” into a union (a form of association) of sovereign states, doing business as the unincorporated United States of America. Notice that this unincorporated entity was created “for” the States of America. These “States” are also unincorporated entities. Notice that “unincorporated” is a synonym for “sovereign”.
It was necessary to create and form this union of states first in order to have a central body responsible for exercising all the “powers” of the sovereign states in international jurisdiction BEFORE those powers could be exercised in common or separated out and delegated to any other party. This is the actual Constitution from which all other Constitutions (debt agreements for services) are derived and upon which they all depend for their existence.
So, the unincorporated United States of America was formed first, received the responsibility for exercising all international powers in 1787, and two years later, delegated nineteen of its enumerated powers to the British Monarch and His Proxy Government known as The United States of America as described and organized under The Constitution of the United States of America adopted in 1789. Notice that this foreign British-controlled “district government” was created “of” the United States of America, meaning “apart from, outside of, or belonging to” the United States of America.
Whereas the first Constitution was an agreement between the national governments of the individual sovereign states to form a union and to mutually operate both their international land and international sea jurisdiction powers under a supra-national union of their states known as the unincorporated United States of America, the second Constitution delegated nineteen of those international powers to a foreign territorial government run as a proxy government under strictly delegated powers by the British Monarch. The District of Columbia was carved out as a base of operations for this proxy government and it was also granted the ability to own and operate dock yards, arsenals, and similar facilities needed to exercise its delegated powers.
All the non-delegated “reserved” powers in international jurisdiction remained with the unincorporated United States of America and the sovereign states and people. See Amendment X.
After the so-called Civil War, which was never declared and never ended by any treaty (and was thus an illegal commercial mercenary action on our shores), the British-controlled federal territorial government (also known as a “district government”) reorganized itself as a for-profit governmental services corporation and unlawfully converted their original Constitution into a foreign commercial corporation charter, thereby fundamentally altering the nature of the document itself without the knowledge or consent of the American states and people.
The foreign conspirators published their handiwork as “The Constitution of the United States of America” in 1868 and it appeared to be virtually identical to their original 1789 Constitution. What was hidden from view is that the very nature of the document itself had been unlawfully converted. It no longer represented a trilateral international treaty among sovereign states, but was instead secretively recast as the charter of a British commercial corporation in the business of providing “governmental services”. This fundamental fraud against the actual treaty obligations and against the American states and people went undetected and misunderstood for a hundred and fifty years, but has now come to light and proves gross Breach of Trust and violation of both multiple treaties and international service contracts by the British Monarchs and the various Popes responsible for this travesty.
Don’t believe it? We have absolute and fully documented proof that not a single “Amendment” to the 1868 “Constitution” has ever been properly ratified by the required number of states. The reason for this is, or should be, self-evident. As a trilateral international treaty the 1789 Constitution requires ratification by the states, but the look-alike, sound-alike corporate charter is just that— a commercial corporate charter like any other, which requires only a majority vote by the Board of Directors to adopt “amendments”. Whereas the actual 1789 Constitution is a public and international document, the 1868 fake is a private organizational charter. Basically, the renegade “Rump Congress” went into business for itself with the help of the British Monarch and the Pope back in 1868.
They— the federal corporations, the British Monarchs, and the Popes— have been splitting the profits from this gross betrayal of trust and sharing the fruits of this commercial fraud ever since. We have the proof of that, too, fully documented in the public and banking records.
Ten years later, in 1878, another travesty was allowed to occur. This one involved the similar incorporation of the Municipal (city state) government of Washington, DC. The actual Constitution allowed Congress “plenary” control of Washington, DC, so they took advantage of this fact to make Washington, DC an independent international city-state run by another commercial corporation under their own auspices. This then gave rise to the “Constitution of the United States”— another corporate charter masquerading as a valid treaty document.
The Constitution of the United States (Municipal Government) again mirrors the actual 1789 Constitution, but in a much simplified and truncated form.
This foreign municipal “constitution” is what your purported Congressmen and Senators take their Oath of Office to. Don’t believe it? Look it up on the internet. There it is in black and white: Oath of Office taken to “the Constitution of the United States”.
Basically, they take an oath to their own power and self-interest as plenary oligarchs in charge of the Washington, DC city-state and as the Board of Directors of the associated for-profit municipal governmental services corporation. Whereas the federal territorial “government” is the responsibility of the British Monarchs, the municipal “government” is the responsibility of the Popes.
Both of these organizations have been grossly and criminally mismanaged in violation of our National Trust and all the venerable international treaties and commercial contracts connected to it since 1868 and 1878, respectively. Together they have run the “State of State” franchises in our actual states and the “STATE OF STATE” franchises, too. They have ruthlessly harvested the labor and natural resources of this country for fifteen decades with the help of our own employees and the Sergeant Schultz-like ignorance of our military leaders.
One can only imagine the Joint Chiefs lined up in a row stuttering, “I know NOTHING! I see NOTHING! I hear NOTHING!”
Well, hear this: the lawful civil government of this country gave you explicit orders over three years ago telling you what needed to be done and you still haven’t done it. Now you are accepting paychecks from the Bank of France, which last time we looked, is the central bank of a foreign government. What do you propose to do? Act as foreign mercenaries against your actual employers — the American states and people?
Saying that you “took an Oath to the Constitution” without saying which Constitution and what kind of “constitution” is like saying you “cleaned the toilet bowl” without mentioning which toilet bowl in which house.
Now the Pope has moved to liquidate the Municipal corporation as of four years ago and that has upset the whole cozy arrangement by which the USA, Inc. and its State of State franchises was being funded off of our slave labor, so both the Municipal and Territorial federal corporations are in receivership —one in Chapter 7 and the other in Chapter 11 — and the Bank of France (Jacob Rothschild) is providing the capital to keep the Territorial “government” running on fumes during reorganization.
Gentlemen — there are three governments on this continent, one of which, the unincorporated United States of America, is the Paramount Security Interest Holder and Priority Creditor of every Territorial and Municipal government and every franchise of all those governments worldwide. The other two are bankrupt multinational corporations that have nothing to do with us, other than the fact that they have been operated in gross Breach of Trust and commercial contract on our shores while you have all collected your paychecks and snored on.
One entity in this Mess is owed all the wealth and owns all the assets of virtually every incorporated entity on this planet, including the commercial banks, which are all technically bankrupt, too. And this entity just happens to be the lawful government of this country operating under the actual Constitution of this country. The other two multi-national corporations responsible for this deplorable situation are under the administration of bankruptcy Trustees named by Secondary Creditors (international banks) which are themselves in receivership to us.
Let us suggest that: (1) you probably meant to take your Oath to the actual Constitution, didn’t you? and (2) to the extent that you were deceived into taking an Oath to any other foreign “constitution” by mistake, that Oath is null and void.
So,upward and onward and no excuses. This is not a matter of any dispute requiring any legal process to determine the facts. Both the British Monarch and the Pope have admitted the facts and have withdrawn from the “field of battle” over these issues. That’s why the Municipal corporations are in involuntary bankruptcy and that is why the Territorial corporations are in Chapter 11. Even the central banks are not trying to argue it. They know where things stand, because it was their stated intention and past practice to claim our assets as “abandoned property”.
As of 2015, we, the American states and people, operating our lawful international government, the unincorporated United States of America, reissued our Sovereign Letters Patent, established new service contracts with different federal service providers, and in 2017, we completed our international claims process and established our private Indemnity Bond upon the United States Treasury 1789. The lawful government of this country is open for business again and ready to dispense with the quadrillions of dollars of debt (which is our credit) that have been amassed against billions of innocent people and their lawful governments.
When we speak of “re-venuing” the government, we are talking about the return of the government functions to the control of the actual land jurisdiction states and the enforcement of the actual Constitution. This needs to take place without disruption or misunderstanding. As part of this process, the former federal Paymasters need to prepare to switch over to our funding sources and the bankruptcy Trustees appointed by Secondary Creditors need to move over for the actual Priority Creditors who have presented themselves to settle the bankruptcy of both the Municipal and Territorial corporations worldwide. All those presently engaged in “law enforcement” activities need to gear up to enforce the Public Law instead.
Those of you who took an Oath to the wrong constitution by mistake are not obligated to fulfill any oath undertaken under conditions of non-disclosure and deceit. Instead, you are invited to renew your Oath to the actual Constitution and to the unincorporated United States of America. You are free to return home to the land and soil of your birth and to inherit all that is yours by nature and right.
With the True God as our Witness, what we are telling you is true and verifiable and not in dispute.
