FBI ADMITS IT'S,About manufacturing terrorism

FBI ADMITS IT'S NOT REALLY ABOUT LAW ENFORCEMENT ANY MORE; IGNORES LOTS OF CRIMES TO FOCUS ON CREATING FAKE TERROR PLOT

About manufacturing terrorism

I had recently written and Article in response to and article written By the FBI’s Counterterrorism Analysis Section: Sovereign Citizens  A Growing Domestic Threat to Law Enforcement; And as we can see today by the admittance of of this crime against the people for whom the are to be protecting or are they this is a crime against the people and to its statements a crime against every Sovereign Citizen,or group, It was Noam Chomsky, that said, Everyone’s worried about stopping terrorism. Well, there’s really an easy way: Stop participating in it.”thats speaks volumes and raises questions to other actions against the people. It is my belief .

The police have shown they will always collude against the people with the powerful and will smash the people for the benefit of those who sign their police paychecks. All police need is to be given $60,000 per year salary and a preferred status in a higher caste system and they will lie, torture, and murder for the state. Since when hasn’t a government existed that didn’t nurture and reward these qualities in its minions or lacked for dupes displaying authoritarian traits? The police are the essence of the state and as such are enemies of the people. The people have the ability to protect themselves from petty criminals. But, the police seek to keep people dependant on them and act as if the surrender of all the peoples’ rights and liberties is a needed and worthy exchange for security or the illusion thereof. The people are increasingly conditioned to believe that the loss of justice and basic human rights to the onslaught of state power is a good bargain never realizing that governments are responsible for killing 260 million people in wars and another 300 million in non-combat democide.

What’s in Store for Our Freedoms in 2014?
http://josephfreedomoranarchy.blogspot.com/2014/01/whats-in-store-for-our-freedoms-in.html

Sovereign Citizenship is the status held by our forefathers. George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and everyone else who won their freedom from the British Empire had this status. It was the birthright of all Americans, and we were generous in extending this most important right to foreign-born persons through the naturalization laws. With this status, our unalienable rights of life, liberty, and property couldn't be infringed. During the Civil War a method was discovered by the leading attorneys, financiers, and politicians of the day to deprive us of this status. Fortunately, we can get it back.

A couple years ago, it was revealed that the FBI noted in one of its "counterterrorism training manuals" that FBI agents could "bend or suspend the law and impinge upon the freedoms of others," which seemed kind of odd for a government agency who claimed its "primary function" was "law enforcement." You'd think that playing by the rules would be kind of important. http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2012/03/fbi-memo-bend-suspend-law/

However, as John Hudson at Foreign Policy has noted, at some point last summer, the FBI quietly changed its fact sheet, so that it no longer says that "law enforcement" is its primary function, replacing it with "national security."http://thecable.foreignpolicy.com/posts/2014/01/05/fbi_drops_law_enforcement_as_primary_mission#sthash.VdaaBuGf.dpbs

Of course, I thought we already had a "national security" agency -- known as the "National Security Agency." Of course, while this may seem like a minor change, as the article notes, it is the reality behind the scenes. The FBI massively beefed up resources focused on "counterterrorism" and... then let all sorts of other crimes slide. Including crimes much more likely to impact Americans, like financial/white collar fraud.

Between 2001 and 2009, the FBI doubled the amount of agents dedicated to counterterrorism,http://cironline.org/blog/post/fbi-agents-dedicated-terror-doubled-eight-years-671

according to a 2010 Inspector's General report. That period coincided with a steady decline in the overall number of criminal cases investigated nationally and a steep decline in the number of white-collar crime investigations.http://www.justice.gov/oig/reports/FBI/a1024.pdf

Violent crime, property crime and white-collar crime: All those things had reductions in the number of people available to investigate them," former FBI agent Brad Garrett told Foreign Policy. "Are there cases they missed? Probably."

The article correctly notes that this has had a big impact:

The reductions in white-collar crime investigations became obvious. Back in 2000, the FBI sent prosecutors 10,000 cases. That fell to a paltry 3,500 cases by 2005. "Had the FBI continued investigating financial crimes at the same rate as it had before the terror attacks, about 2,000 more white-collar criminals would be behind bars," the report concluded. As a result, the agency fielded criticism for failing to crack down on financial crimes ahead of the Great Recession and losing sight of real-estate fraud ahead of the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis.

The article accurately notes how the FBI has basically started ignoring a tremendous amount of financial/white collar crime, but unfortunately never bothers to do the flipside: to look at whether or not the FBI has been even remotely effective in the whole "national security" aspect that is now its "primary function." Because, from the evidence we've seen, it seems like a disaster. Rather than tracking down and capturing actual terrorists (remember how the FBI knew all about the Boston bombers, but did nothing about them?), it seems like the FBI has been coming up with ways to keep itself busy that have nothing to do with really protecting national security.http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20130508/17354123014/fbi-didnt-even-inform-fusion-center-about-tamerlan-tsarnaev.shtml

So... what has the FBI been doing? Well, every time we hear anything about the FBI and counterterrorism, it seems to be a case where the FBI has been spending a ton of resources to concoct completely made up terrorism plots, duping some hapless, totally unconnected person into taking part in this "plot" then arresting him with big bogus headlines about how they "stopped" a terrorist plot that wouldn't have even existed if the FBI hadn't set it up in the first place. And this is not something that the FBI has just done a couple times. again. And those are just the stories that we wrote about that I can find in a quick search. I'm pretty sure there are a bunch more stories that we wrote about, let alone that have happened.

All of these efforts to stop their own damn "plots" screams of an agency that feels it needs to "do something" when there's really nothing to be done. Thousands of agents were reassigned from stopping real criminals to "counterterrorism" and when they found there were basically no terrorists around, they just started making

their own in order to feel like they were doing something... and to have headlines to appease people upstairs. The government seems to have gone collectively insane when it comes to anything related to "terrorism."

IT IS LAW ENFORCEMENT OPINION AND STRATAGIE TO SEPARATE THE PEOPLE FROM THE TRUTH DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF A FEW TO GIVE FALSE IMPRESSION OF THE WHOLE OF SOVEREIGNTY,AND WE THE PEOPLE FIND THIS TO BE EXTREME PROPAGANDA AND SHOWS THAT ALL PATRIOTS AND CITIZENS CAN BE VIEWED AS A THREAT BASED ON IDEALOGICAL FOUNDING,BY WHICH NO PRESENTS OF LAW NEED BE SET ,

A law does not make a person behave in any specific way; it only represents a threat of reprisal and cannot stop a free person from taking the liberty to violate it. The sum of more laws only means more punishments and imprisonment to be carried-out by the government on the free people of our nation. Our laws should be more like; “don’t sweat the small violations and all violations are small”. Did or have you ever considered why the founders didn’t create a civil or federal police force and left policing if necessary to we the people. That as we as a nation grew we didn’t create law enforcement agencies we created police agencies for the purpose of keeping the peace, not enforcing the laws but to protect us from violence and crime and investigation, where law enforcement was strictly the purview of the legal system and the courts.

Today our government has changed policing into surveillance of everything we do, and call it law enforcement that’s what is called a “police state” which no longer allows the liberty of being free people.

“I think it only makes sense to seek out and identify structures of authority, hierarchy, and domination in every aspect of life, and to challenge them; unless a justification for them can be given, they are illegitimate, and should be dismantled, to increase the scope of human freedom.”
