2014 offers us an opportunity to make a beneficial transformation

2014 offers us an opportunity to make a beneficial transformation towards rescuing our economy and our employment situation, en route to rescuing our republic

Which is More Offensive, Unemployment Benefits, or Federal Employment?

There are pluses and minuses to virtually everything in life.  The challenge is finding the correct balance with each issue.  The premise of this column is seated in the belief that our sovereign, constitutional republic has been, and is being attacked surreptitiously, by enemies, domestic and foreign.

These enemies, especially domestic enemies, advance their attacks upon an unsuspecting majority of our citizenry, in many ways.  Among the methods of controlling the masses is to mollify those displaced from employment, due to the puppeteer elites’ agenda of deploying a controlled destruction of our economy, by consistently extending their unemployment benefits.  This leads to the question, ‘Which is more offensive, paying unemployment benefits to many who wish to work, but are unemployed due to policies deployed against an ignorant populace, or paying inflated salaries and generous benefits to federal employees’?

At some point, all of those crying out about the ‘failed’ policies of the outgoing Bush regime and subsequent Obama regime need to wake up to the ‘new reality’.  It isn’t that policies to destroy our economy weren’t already in place (GATT and NAFTA are just two examples), but that the current policies deployed are extensions of previous destructive policies, and they are working just as planned by those seeking to destroy our economy.  How many people are aware of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) currently being negotiated, and how detrimental it will be to our economy, our sovereignty and those within the U. S. workforce?

Have you ever questioned why our corporate income tax is artificially high (currently the highest in the industrialized world)?  Doesn’t it justify large and multi-national companies moving jobs outside of U. S. borders to pay lower wages and taxes?  How many jobs have been lost due to taxes and free trade agreements?  Do you think this is by accident?

By extending unemployment payouts, most of the unemployed have become reluctant, de facto employees of the federal government
By extending unemployment payouts, most of the unemployed have become reluctant, de facto employees of the federal government.  As long as those unemployed have a roof over their heads, food, a car or two, a big screen TV, and a smartphone or two, their ‘job’ is to remain docile.  This is not an indictment of those who, reluctantly, find themselves unemployed; those reluctantly unemployed are frustrated, and what they are finding is the fact that many of the jobs of yesteryear have evaporated.  The elite puppeteers are excellent at deploying the Hegelian Dialectic, in which they create a problem to advance a hidden and destructive agenda, then advancing a false solution to the problem they created!

How many times in the past five (5) years have you heard economists discuss how our economic and employment problems can be solved?  Do they not realize that the evil elite puppeteers know exactly what they are doing in incrementally crushing our economy?  When was the last time you heard of our puppet dictator meeting with small business leaders to discuss genuine solutions for small businesses, the growth engine of a recovering economy?  By crushing small businesses, the growth engine for a recovering economy is also crushed!  Big business has bought all of the seats at the table, due in part, because many of those atop big business are also members of the puppeteer elite.

As employers are squeezed by increased regulations, taxes, and healthcare costs, they are forced to find ways to reduce and reposition costs.  One way is to use a placement or ‘temp’ agency to meet personnel needs.  Of those seeking employment and are fortunate to find employment through an agency, they generate an income, but they may not have access to benefits to which employees have access.  This includes health insurance, retirement opportunities, paid sick days, vacation time and legal holidays.  Many employers realize they are in the catbird seat.  By keeping a person on a contractor basis, in many cases, an employer has access to very talented and reliable personnel at a considerable discount from what an employee might demand; can you say ‘under-employment’?  The contractor status also makes it easier, both legally and emotionally, for an employer to sever ties with personnel with, or without, cause.

Also, there appears to be a disparity between talents available and talents needed across many industries, and while age discrimination is illegal, as with so much these days, what is illegal has become the norm.  Morals, ethics, principles and character are in woefully short supply.  Of course, with specific exceptions, should amnesty be rammed through, it will exacerbate the unemployment and underemployment of U. S. citizens.  In addition to the financial issues, being unemployed or underemployed ushers in emotional challenges, too!  With millions unemployed or underemployed through no fault of their own, shouldn’t we salute those seeking employment against the odds?  We should also demand that policies designed for economic growth and increased employment become the basis for our votes later this year.

Addressing federal employees, how many are working for abusive agencies and departments in which they have threatening leverage over citizen/taxpayers?  Additionally, how many are working for agencies and departments that are not authorized under our constitution?  These agencies and departments violate Amendment X of the Bill of Rightsso all salaries and benefits are in violation of the constitution.  Over the years, who amongst your federal Representatives and Senators, and your state Governors, Representatives and Senators have addressed this reality?  There are some talented and dedicated federal employees, but, if they are employed by an abusive or unconstitutional agency or department, is this not as offensive, if not more so, than paying meager unemployment benefits to many who are reluctantly unemployed?

Let’s review four specific issues.  There is scant discussion of the Domestic Terrorist Profile (DTP), but it is one of the underlying certainties of our ‘new reality’.  Without offering a lengthy litany of ‘qualifiers’, suffice it to say that people of faith and patriots have been classified as potential domestic terrorists, by those atop our government.  Is it any wonder why conservative organizations are under attack by employees within the IRS, with tacit approval, of our enemies atop our government?  Not only has not anyone within the IRS been fired for his/her abuse of legal, conservative organizations, but also, bonuses have been ‘authorized’ for those button men and women who perpetrated the attacks.

The second agency of concern is the NSA.  With the DTP, is it any wonder the NSA has deployed surveillance and data-mining programs of ordinary U. S. citizens, especially those most likely not to submit to unconstitutional thuggery by those atop our government?

Third, we have the Department of Education (DOE).  The alliances of the DOE with government, quasi-private and private entities have led to the latest effort to strip education from the classroom, replacing it with indoctrination and data mining through Common Core.  This unconstitutional agency must be    abolished.  Is it fair that taxpayers are paying people inflated incomes and benefits to harm our children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews?http://www.scp-inc.org/publications/journals/J2704/

The fourth agency is the EPA!  Because our puppet dictator was unable to strong-arm a Democrat-controlled Congress to deploy his puppeteers’ carbon policy, he has dispatched the EPA to do what Congress refused to do, impose a disastrous energy policy upon an unsuspecting citizenry.  This policy will drive up energy costs for everyone, citizens, businesses and government agencies and departments.  When government agencies and departments at all levels increase taxes to cover their increased energy costs, and businesses increase their prices to cover the increased energy costs and taxes, guess who will be stuck with the bill?  Additionally, it will wreck coal unions and all of the industries and communities associated with the coal industry, not to mention the individual lives and families impacted by this devastating agenda.

A friend of mine has worked in several federal agencies.
He says many federal employees are overpaid, especially within our ‘new reality’.  He says many contribute little to nothing to our economy.  Additionally, he says that it is almost impossible for a federal employee to be fired, or removed, from federal employment.  Which would you prefer to do, assist those who have been harmed by satanically inspired puppeteers and their entrenched puppets atop both political parties, or those being paid elevated incomes and benefits at the expense of taxpayers, and, in many cases, acting unconstitutionally to intimidate or harm us?

We should seek to rein in unemployment expenditures, but people need to admit to the realities that many
have not considered.  2014 offers us an opportunity to make a beneficial transformation towards rescuing our economy and our employment situation, en route to rescuing our republic.  Pray for discernment and act to restore the American dream!
