We need to remain emotionally balanced, grounded and calm (as many have told us), and not give in to fear. We needn’t go looking for the next “boogie man”.

If necessary, avoid the news completely and maintain a pleasant, nurturing atmosphere. Above all, don’t get sucked into the (fake) news and continue to feed the animals, prolonging the war.

Avoid people, if possible, who drag down your frequency and don’t allow them to push your buttons.There are plenty of ninnies out there who get their jollies from using words against others. Let them stew in their own negativity.
