Water Legalized As A Biological Weapon?

Water Legalized As A Biological Weapon?

background
With renewed interest on the issue of lead poisoning based on high lead levels in children in Flint, Michigan, exposed to toxins from their public water supply (including the neurotoxin fluoride which increases lead toxicity), who hasn’t thought of the possibility of water as a bioweapon?
After all, governments have used poisoned water for assassination purposes since the dawn of time, not only against armies, but also against their own citizens. These dangers spurred the creation of two international treaties —in 1874 in Brussels and in 1899 in The Hague—that prohibited the use of poisons as weapons. Like most treaties, good faith only goes so far, especially when there is no real means of oversight or control.
The German army was the first to use weapons of mass destruction, both biological and chemical, during the First World War. Later, the Japanese poisoned more than 1,000 water wells in Chinese villages to study cholera and typhus outbreaks during the World War II[1] [2] [3] after legally, and then illegally attempting to obtain yellow fever virus from the Rockefeller Institute in New York.[4]
Using microorganisms as bioweapons is a common choice. A few examples include the spread of hepatitis, parasitic infections, severe diarrhea and gastroenteritis.[5] Obtaining microbes is as easy as ordering them through commercial suppliers or requesting them of colleagues from institutions.  The latest outbreaks of E.coli at Chipolte restaurants, resulting in 500 people becoming ill, are being investigated as corporate sabotage in retaliation for the company’s anti-GMO menu.
Today, world governments highlight the threat to public water supplies which serve to heighten a state of fear to keep citizens dependent on the system. However, under the newly amended Section 817 of the US PATRIOT Act, the U.S. appears to undermine its protector image by legalizing water as a bioweapon. Of course, this legislation violates the Biological Weapons Convention, an International Treaty signed by the U.S. in 1974.
First, Section 817 legalizes “delivery systems” and “toxins” under certain circumstances.
  • “Delivery systems” is weapons terminology. “Toxins” are poisons. The statute details when these delivery systems and toxins will and will not be legal.
  •  Poisons, as we all know, are meant to terminate life. There is no mention in 817 of these poisons being utilized as any sort of legally sanctioned punishment for a crime, such as lethal injection.
  • Rather, the statute states that these SHALL be legal when used for purposes determined as “peaceful, protective, prophylactic or bona fide research.”
Second, “two separate domestic delivery systems have been delineated—one involving country-wide reconfigurations of water systems (double-line systems with separate valves), and the other involving impostor pharmaceuticals. Both delivery systems are capable of selective, demographic targeting—either of pre-selected individuals or, by extension, those who comprise a particular group.”
Third, the text of Section 817, includes the problematic portion as follows: Whoever knowingly violates this section shall be fined as provided in this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both, but the prohibition contained in this section shall not apply with respect to any duly authorized United States governmental activity

Something’s In The Water

More and more, government health authorities report new threats through the guise of outbreaks they blame on an unseen virus, which upon further investigation, does not merit the status of a true threat or outbreak. Ironically, the most common solution is a new vaccine, nearly ready for use.
Fortunately, in the search for truth, the digital age provides real-time information to allow independent journalists and internet sleuths to easily investigate all causes, including possible poisoning of the air and water systems through chemical pesticides and poisons.
For example, during the Ebola outbreak in Liberia, a man was caught dumping formaldehyde in wells in the same area. News from Liberia went viral (pun intended). Private investigators connected the dots that formaldehyde causes Ebola-like symptoms. The Ebola threat died down as quickly as it rose up.  In the case of the Zika virus, Brazilian doctors quickly countered CDC rhetoric when it notified the world that a larval insecticide pyriproxyfen, implicated in causing birth defects, had been introduced into the water system in 2014, in the same area where babies were born with microcephaly a year later.
Even the when a poisoning has been vetted, it doesn’t mean that the solution is easy or quick. When the State of Michigan privatized public water, they washed their hands of any responsibility or accountability. While they allow Nestle Co. to pump water freely from Lake Michigan, they overcharge the people of Flint for water that is killing them slowly. People exposed to lead poisoning from the water supply in Flint, Michigan have struggled for years to get help from a do-nothing government only to be told that it is illegal for citizens to sue their government. In the meantime, the State provides bottled water to residents and health authorities fail to alleviate the source of the problem.

I am my brother's keeper.

Become the Cause

The media serves a function to distract us from our ability to think and trust ourselves, using our own emotions against us, while officials in rogue governments abuse power, poison citizens at their expense, and fail to offer real solutions. In order to reclaim power we must first be aware that we embody it. The first step is to deprogram our programming, unlearn what we’ve been taught, and not allow fear to keep us in a state of inaction. Reclaiming power involves doing things differently. It means pre-emtping future threats. Instead of always reacting to a manufactured cause, we become the cause.
To become the cause we must be fearless in reclaiming our power to protect our own health. Without health, what do we have? We must see the media’s “news” stories for the distraction they really are, then begin the process of generating our own solutions. The real threats are government and their agencies run amok using public infrastructure and public money against us.
When politicians and scientists, people of authority, subvert the process to prevent the free flow of information, that is a signal to start solving the problems ourselves by: 1) boycotting industries, 2) withdrawing consent from the system by not voting or paying taxes, and 3) holding government heads (with names) accountable for the crimes they commit against humanity when they privatize the source of life.
Practically, we can utilize the latest in water-cleansing and radiation-neutralizing technologies on an individual level. We can strengthen our health against unknown exposures by increasing nutrients through organic foods and supplements (i.e., kelp for iodine against chemicals, heavy metals, and radiation). We can detoxify the body so it can easily excrete the toxins we take in on a daily basis. We can utilize scalar technologies against radiation and other EMF protection products that we can carry on our body.
Under the circumstances, we must rethink how we protect ourselves against unseen threats, as well as from those claiming to protect us. We must find new ways to empower ourselves in a system that seeks to disempower. We must come together in community and withdraw consent from systems that no longer serve our interests.

Anyone is welcome to use their voice here at FREEDOM OR ANARCHY,Campaign of Conscience.THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN AMERICA FOR THOSE WITH OUT MONEY if you seek real change and the truth the first best way is to use the power of the human voice and unite the world in a common cause our own survival I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, ones own family or ones nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace,“Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed.
