MEN OF PEACE

MEN OF PEACE
"I don't know how to save the world. I don't have the answers or The Answer. I hold no secret knowledge as to how to fix the mistakes of generations past and present. I only know that without compassion and respect for all Earth's inhabitants, none of us will survive - nor will we deserve to." Leonard Peltier

How are such laws possible when there is this Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:

State of Connecticut Governor signs what is being described as the toughest gun laws in the United States How are such laws possible when there is this Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” The State of Connecticut is not a ‘free State” and the Constitution which was ratified by the States has not been adopted by the officers thought to be the three branches of government. The State of Connecticut is one of the thirteen States expressly identified as “the several States which may be included within this Union” in Article I, Section 2, Clause 3. That Union is the Union of States of the United States, which will include the States of the Northwest Territory, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and part of Minnesota. These States are comprised of a government devised by the Confederacy for the Confederacy and the territory in those States is to be purchased pursuant to Article II, Section 8, Clause 17, or is already owned by or otherwise subject to the exclusive legislative power of the United States of America. Connecticut the place, a member State of the perpetual Union, the Confederacy, known as the United States of America, is a “free State.” That Union, the United States of America, is the subject of the Article II, Section 3 “State of the Union” Address originally intended for the President of the United States of America but which is now delivered by the President of the United States. The shift from the “State of the Union” to the “State of this Union” resulted when Article I of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 created a permanent Union of the Northwest Territory States, when nine States of the first Union ratified “this Constitution.” Instead of completing Article I as a government of dependent federal States, George Washington made “this Union” a commercial enterprise by causing it to fail as a government for want of an adoptive presidential oath. It was intended to fail as a government and succeed as a commercial enterprise. The United States has so far succeeded as a business, but its prospects are dim. The State of Connecticut is authorized by the federal Constitution to make laws for the federal territory within Connecticut outside the scope of the Article I, Section 8 enumerated powers. Ratification of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 by all the several States of the United States of America binds those States to recognize the proprietary power of the United States of America. The people on the territory owned by or subject to the exclusive legislative power of the United States of America have no right to be on that land, so they only have such rights as those which adhere because others have no license to abuse them because of their presence on federal lands. Even a trespasser has some rights and that’s about all a citizen, taxpayer or resident of the United States will get. Dr. Eduardo Marmolejo Rivera.
