Hands Up, Don’t Shoot! The Execution of An American Patriot

Mr. Obama, you can tell that to Mrs. Finicum and her 11 children as your minions murdered a man as he was surrendering to federal law enforcement officials!

The Common Sense Show remains the only Independent Media outlet that has actually interviewed Ammon Bundy before the recently tragedy unfolded. This article is a compilation of narratives and interviews which points to some inescapable conclusions:

1. Lavoy Finicum was murdered. 

2. Ammon Bundy and his forces were trying to correct the unconstitutional actions of the BLM and the EPA. 

3. Ammon Bundy’s appearance in Burns, Oregon, actually had a calming effect on the escalating feelings of hostility from local ranchers toward the federal government. 

4. This administration is lawless and does not respect the rule of law. 

Here is the evidence for these assertions as we begin with the murder of a man who had his hands up in the air.

The Hagmann and Hagmann Report Interviews Dave Hodges

I always enjoy appearing on the Hagmann and Hagmann Report with Doug and Joe as they always let the interviewee tell their story.

On January 28th, I appeared on their show and offered my perceptions on the “Murder at Malheur”.  In the interview, I allege that Lavoy Finicum was surrendering in a non-threatening manner and he was gunned down and then continued to be shot multiple times.

In the interview, I did express the view that I felt that the takeover of the federal building 30 miles from Burns, Oregon, left the Patriots vulnerable to federal intervention. However, I never thought that intervention would include a cold-blooded murder of a man who was surrendering to law enforcement authorities. The vehicle was shot an estimated 120 times. This was worse that the Bonnie and Clyde ambush. However, the FBI was determined to have their “Sho0t Out at the OK Corral” in order to perpetuate the myth that Ammon Bundy and his followers were militants looking to fire upon federal officials. With the execution of Finicum, the FBI has guaranteed that federal officials, at some future date will be fired upon by the ranchers. Why? Because these ranchers have lost all legitimate avenues to protest the federal takeover of their lands in order that their privately held lands were being restricted to the point where ranchers were losing their ability to make a living. Further, these ranchers are having minerals stolen from their property. In some cases, uranium has been taken from rancher land, illegally, and then sold to the Russians, who in turn kick back part of the money to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

I stand by these statements. The New York Times conducted an investigation and printed these allegations. Subsequently, in April of 2015, I conducted my own investigation and found that the allegations made by the New York Times were not only true, but it was being underreported in terms of the frequency and the scope of these government sponsored thefts from privately held lands.

To those who would say that I have no substance to back up my allegations of the public theft of private resources, I would refer you to the New York Times article in April 2015. Later, I wrote about the Times article in relation to the present Burns, Oregon affair.

Also, on January 23, 2015, I predicted the outcome at Malheur as I wrote that FBI death squads were being assembled at Burns, Oregon. And as it turned out, this article was 100% accurate in its prediction that the FBI had no intention of reaching a peaceful conclusion.

At the end of the day, the public theft of private land and its resources is what underlies the crisis at Burns, Oregon. The country desperately needs to know. Please circulate this story widely.

Conclusion

There are many good people who work within the FBI. There are many good people who work in all parts of the federal government. However, these people now have a choice. Are they going to continue to abandon their moral principles and serve evil? Or, are they going to stop serving this administration and seek more honorable work?

To the people of this country, are you going to continue to forsake what you know to right by ignoring these issues? Or, are you going to begin to stand up to evil by shining the light of day on these heinous actions.

Assassination by the FBI  

The police have shown they will always collude against the people with the powerful and will smash the people for the benefit of those who sign their police paychecks. All police need is to be given $60,000 per year salary and a preferred status in a higher caste system and they will lie, torture, and murder for the state. Since when hasn’t a government existed that didn’t nurture and reward these qualities in its minions or lacked for dupes displaying authoritarian traits? The police are the essence of the state and as such are enemies of the people. The people have the ability to protect themselves from petty criminals. But, the police seek to keep people dependant on them and act as if the surrender of all the peoples’ rights and liberties is a needed and worthy exchange for security or the illusion thereof.
