"DEFAULT on AGREEMENT" IS THE ARGUMENT I HAVE WITH OUR GOVERNMENT,  MY CLAM IS SIMPLE THIS TO THE PEOPLE I STATE THIS CHARGE AGAINST THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT 

"The Government Exists for the Sole Purpose of Serving the People, not Ruling the People"  

(The supremacy of the People is preserved throughout all the documents and papers used in the formation of the Government by the People. The preamble to the United States Constitution states, "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." Clearly the Constitution was created to form a government who's sole purpose was to serve the People and for no other purpose. The founding fathers went to great pains to ensure, through the separation of powers and the balance of power that no branch of government would ever become dominate and become a force that rules the People rather than serves the People.)

Again we should not forget A different point of view labels anyone automatically a terrorist and a racist,in "Amerika 2014"

Well…well. The Obama has finally begun his now-open for all to see and hear demands for a dictatorship over the "[former] United States of America."

Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama,(aka “Amerika”)


These demands include: a doubling of his campaign “promise” to $1.6 Trillions in new taxes levied on the American people (which will decimate what’s left of the middle-class…his intent all along), an immediate funding (to Obama) of $50Billions (to be used for political purposes as he sees fit…in other words a “gift” to him personally for any political purposes he deems necessary) and personal unlimited sole authority to raise the USSA’s debt ceiling as he desires…whenever he wants. Translation: Obama now demands full dictatorial powers over the US economy and the elimination of Congressional authority—or even input—in all economic matters. In exchange, Obama said he “may” consider spending less of the taxpayers’ (aka “serfs”) money—but, he did not say it was a guarantee.

We discovered a day or so ago that these most recent Obama Demands are not "negotiable". Either Congress gives him full dictatorial control in this matter or he will, 

1. Bring the country to an immediate close or 

2. Write another illegal "non-binding Executive Order giving himself supremacy in this matter". As Congress has not yet challenged Obama on any of his EOs we can assume they will, also, remain silent on this one…should it be written.


The government has suffocated the productive layers of society, rewarding "sloth and welfare" dependency, while taxing the "middle class" to the max in the name of the “rich paying their fair share.” And the rich are laughing all the way to their offshore investments where their wealth is secure.

Congress has allowed so much outsourcing of American jobs, building other countries economically from the ground up, while neglecting our infrastructure and allowing it to crumble. 

Our influence in the world as an economic superpower is dwindling – we are no longer a success story to emulate. Our military is shrinking and so is its mission – we are now a “force for good.” But domestically, we are arming to the teeth.

Large corporations do the government’s bidding and vice-versa, fair competition is slowly disappearing. With so much stimulus money, the “too big to fail” syndrome, the troubled asset relief program (TARP), three quantitative easings (soon to be ad infinitum), how can a small company compete?

The bloated bureaucracy in Washington has become glaringly expensive, taxing all Americans who earn an income excessively, while protecting the wealth of the elites, large banks, monopolies, and oligopolies.


Our elected representatives no longer serve the citizens who voted them in but protect the interests of those who put them in power with large donations – the corporatists.


The Obama administration indicated that this term it will give amnesty to twelve million illegals/undocumented workers/paperless citizens. Is this move intended to help legitimize people who broke the law or are these people just voter-pawns in the chess game of power and control? If so, perhaps they should not be allowed to vote for the next six presidents.

Why do immigrants, legal or illegal, still want to come here? What do we have to offer that nobody else can offer them? Mexico has 4.7 percent unemployment, why cross the border into the U.S. where unemployment is in the double digits?



The Fourth Branch of Government
is the People 

What they didn't tell you in school 
In school you were taught that the Government has three branches, the Legislative branch, the Executive branch, and the Judicial branch. The Legislative branch is the Congress and they make the laws. The Executive branch is the President, who runs the daily business of government. The Judicial branch is the Courts who interpret the law and determine of laws are constitutional. These are the three branches of government you were taught in the government-controlled schools. But there is a fourth branch of government, and that's the People. 

 Some would argue that the People are not a branch of the Government. They would argue that we have a government that is of the People, by the People, and for the People. They would argue that through voting that the Government represents the People and that the Government is the People. In theory, and in an ideal world, this would be true. And for the most part it is true. But there are time when the Government does not represent the People and that the interests of the Government are not the interests of the People. There are times when the People have to assert their will directly and overrule the Government and assert the supremacy of the will of the People over the will of the Government.
