Part #3 "Time to break the silence"

It has now become crime to be poor 

It is said you can judge a society by the way it treats  weak, vulnerable and poor, "Chromski."

Well in the state of California, county of San Bernadino, a county of which the United Nation councel on justice, states as fact, that San Bernadino county Ca. rated 10th in the world as most corrupt county and 1st in the United States. This comes from a body of world representitives.
This speaks loud and clear of the character of the county and State government officials chosen to lead the people of San Bernadino, Ca.

Many will question my post and have in many forms, but know this, I will never bring an untruth to, we the people.  In all my posts a large amount of research is placed on me as well as other's, with this post the research comes from the heart of the system we call: the justice system.

In America we have three classes of citizen's, #1, upper class, #2, middle class, #3, lower class.  It seems we as a society we have not evolved much since the 1930's and the great depression, today I submit proof showing as our nations economy falls lower and lower.

We shall see how the establishment makes law's that systematically detains, imprisons and punishes any human-being for simply being poor.

PC.647(c) is just such a law.
On 4.15.03(A) is another law meaning exactly the same, just worded in another way.
