since my detainment on Feb. 20, 2014, I have yet to be given or allowed any legal counsel in any form, nor have I been brought before a judge.
I am in fact being detained under rules as described in the "N.D.A.A." National Defence Authorization Act. I and many others as well.

I am a law abiding citizen, right no I'm a lucid individual for more than at the beginning of all this madness, that I WAS falsely accused and coerced into through fear and intimidation by those we have been raised to believe are there to protect we the people, ourselves and family.

My opinions and rights as a law abiding citizen are as valid as any other healthy, lucid individual sovereign citizen or free inhabitant of America.

I do not accept Judge E. Nakota's sanctimonious, self righteous failure to protect my rights as a victim of a violent crime where I was forced to make a false confession under the color of authority to be valid.
I make these statements not to question the authority of the courts but to stand up for my rights as a sovereign citizen, tax payer and law abiding individual who has been wrongfully subject to crimes not of my doing, as well as a speak out against false charges, as at the time I was forced into this action against myself and my family I was not of sound mind or body.

The actions of the San Bernadino Superior court, Judge Eric Nakota the D.A.'s office and the Sheriffs deputies and department the laws I am and have been coerced into a false confession are outrageous. I also find the courts of the San Bernadino county justice system in all it forms to be immoral, inhumane, political motivated with extreme prejudice against the financially poor in our society.

Law's against violence and property theft or damage, are needed. I respect and appreciate the good work of honest law enforcement and have many such friends who stand the badge with honor and it is due my respect for them. My family my children and we the people, I make these statements of truth by speaking out.

But if we are ever to improve as a people we must acknowledge and admit to our flows in the system we call justice.

For myself this meant taking an oath of truth, duty and honor, to my family and we the people, most of all my children and to remove any distractions from learning my true self.

It has been almost 3 year's now, and a fundamental truth has come to my attention and stands strong in my heart.

"Deserve has as much to do with intelligence, as it has to do with money."

Our Lord says money is to serve not rule, seems we the people have forgotten that truth.
I challenge anyone to do better. This is my cause on this issue before me, my children and we the people.

Some cognitive dissonance at first but I pray that the people and the system ways the evidence and consider the evidence of this truth that surrounds us all. I hope that all who read this personal statement with an open mind and a heart, because we need them both to be free and for the truth to be seen and heard in the hearts of both men and women in our world today.

To those it may concern and to my children and family I hope you can appreciate the time I have sacrificed of my limited time on this Earth to appear in any court. Please understand I am standing my ground for the truth and in hopes future generations to come. I ask all to not be upset with me for not excepting any judgement of " a corrupt system of justice."

I have my reasons that are valid to me and our Lord.

Think outside the box, live outside the cage.

There's no greater exercise of government power than the ability to take someone life in any form.

Stand apart from fear brother's and sister's, for if you choose to hide or live in fear, then you must understand, slave's are made in such way's.

HOOOOah I say and doing it from the roof top!!
