MEN OF PEACE
"I don't know how to save the world. I don't have the answers or The Answer. I hold no secret knowledge as to how to fix the mistakes of generations past and present. Saying goodbye to the Bill of Rights

Saying goodbye to the Bill of Rights

The American people are losing liberty so quickly, we don’t even realize our role in government is not to be controlled by government and leaders, but the opposite: The government stems from the people:

The genius of republican liberty seems to demand on one side, not only that all power should be derived from the people, but that those intrusted with it should be kept in independence on the people, by a short duration of their appointments; and that even during this short period the trust should be placed not in a few, but a number of hands.

Stability, on the contrary, requires that the hands in which power is lodged should continue for a length of time the same.

A frequent change of men will result from a frequent return of elections; and a frequent change of measures from a frequent change of men: whilst energy in government requires not only a certain duration of power, but the execution of it by a single hand.–James Madison, Concerning the Difficulties of the Convention in Devising a Proper Form of Government, From the Daily Advertiser. Friday, January 11, 1788. Federalist No. 37.

Today we risk losing everything to a progressive force bent on returning us to a parliamentary-style law and order.

We risk losing liberty to power-hungry despots who despise stability, because a stable government is limited with an unchanging Constitution that keeps liberty constant. Big, expansive government is unpredictable, erratic, it lacks security, because leaders have unlimited power.

The end result is always abuse.

Our founders pulled away from a controlling force that withheld liberty and the pursuit of it, and not solely by the King, but England’s parliament as well, a governing system the Left seeks to return us to.

Americans are being duped by drunk-on-power leaders running roughshod over our rights through falsely-assumed, complete sovereignty over this nation and the people.

People need to know the truth concerning parliamentary rule versus the Constitutional Republican form of government and why the latter structure not only works, it sustains liberty and freedom.

Americans must read the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, the Federalist Papers to understand we have a modern government abusing power no different than King George did against early Americans.

If the American government is drunk on power, it’s because we the people allowed leaders to quench themselves on unlimited supremacy.

We reelect political alcoholics, and when they fall off the constitutional wagon, we don’t vote them out, we demand they reform their ways.

No wonder the Left has a strong foothold against our nation and Constitution.

Liberty is only lost when ignorance pervades and the people follow false assumptions that government must be more powerful than the people, that the American government is an administrative state that must regulate the people under lofty leaders, that the Constitution must evolve with time and presidents, that leaders have rights to serve for life and leave office feet first.

Our compliance with unconstitutional lawmaking is robbing us of liberty. We need to wake up and gain knowledge of our Constitution and how the United States government is set up.

The Constitution is not an ever-changing document that evolves with every president and party in power. That is the British Parliamentary unwritten Constitution style of law—Devolution By-Way-Of Evolution—a form of government that restrains liberty and does not provide any working Bill of Rights to the people.

British Parliamentary Law, known as Parliamentary Supremacy, is the opposite of the American Constitutional Republic: The British Parliament has broad and extensive powers to create laws affecting anything, and all future parliaments are not bound to any previous parliamentary laws, MPs have unlimited authority to reverse and change any and all laws.

Because parliament is supreme, a Valid Act of Parliament cannot be questioned by the court. Furthermore, MPs in the prime minister’s party are forbidden from criticizing the prime minister’s policies.

Havent we come to that point where it is almost illegal to question or criticize the unlawful Obama?

Because the UK does has no written Constitution or a working bill of rights, the people may question and dislike laws, but they cannot get laws changed. The British government is not a government of, by, or for the people, the Constitutional Republic is.

Unfortunately, too many Americans assume the Constitution is an evolving document our leaders and president can supremely change as often as Liz Taylor changed husbands.

No wonder inflated leadership has overstepped its 17 Enumerated limits and we have a president who exalted himself to lawmaker and justice.

The limited powers allowed to the three branches still stands. Nothing expanded except egos.

Read the Constitution, you will not see a different Executive, Legislative, and Judicial from the government that elected Washington, Adams, and Jefferson, all the way to Barack Obama.

The Constitution still stands, the Legislative Branch’s rules are no different today than when James Madison drafted the Constitution.

It is our modern-day, permanent life-term fixtures that leave Washington feet first, who are supposed to evolve.

Go back to Madison’s words in Federalist 37:

Stability, on the contrary, requires that the hands in which power is lodged should continue for a length of time the same. A frequent change of men will result from a frequent return of elections; and a frequent change of measures from a frequent change of men: whilst energy in government requires not only a certain duration of power, but the execution of it by a single hand.

If the Constitution is a living document that evolves with each president, why did the Founders draft a new document and dissolve the Articles of Confederation? Madison answers that in Federalist 38:

The Confederation gives to Congress [an unlimited power]… Is it improper and unsafe to intermix the different powers of government in the same body of men? Congress, a single body of men, are the sole depositary of all the federal powers. Is it particularly dangerous to give the keys of the treasury, and the command of the army, into the same hands?

That is Parliamentary Supremacy.

Madison further asks:

The Confederation places them both in the hands of Congress. Is a bill of rights essential to liberty? The Confederation has no bill of rights.”

That is the British Parliamentary Supremacy with no working Bill of Rights.

Madison furthers his question:

Is it an objection against the new Constitution, that it empowers the Senate, with the concurrence of the Executive, to make treaties which are to be the laws of the land? The existing Congress, without any such control, can make treaties which they themselves have declared, and most of the States have recognized, to be the supreme law of the land. Is the importation of slaves permitted by the new Constitution for twenty years? By the old it is permitted forever.

That is the complete absence of liberty and freedom, something the Constitution does not evolve from, rather upholds for posterity.

That is what the Left wants to destroy and are getting away with it because they know the Constitution better than most Americans.

The question is, will we allow liberty to continue, or will we permit the government to rule over us supreme
