A GUIDE TO OBAMA'S ALL-TERRORIST ANTI-ISIS ALLIANCE
Most of the coalition is at war with the rest of the coalition making it a pretty terrible coalition.



Obama's Iraq-Syria policy featured two withdrawals, a return, an attempt at bombing Syria followed by an alliance with Syria. And it's only gotten stranger from there. Here's a brief guide

1. Obama Inc. boasted of being able to carry out air strikes against ISIS from Turkey. The problem is that Turkey is also an ally of ISIS. While the US bombs ISIS from Turkey and aids the Kurdish PKK, Turkey bombs the PKK and aids Islamist militias.

2. In Iraq, the US is acting as the air force for Shiite Islamist groups fighting Sunni Islamists even as in Syria, the US is aiding Sunni Islamists fighting them.

3. The US is part of a secret coalition with Iran in Iraq that is helping it take over the country. It's part of a public coalition in Syria with Qatar, Turkey and Saudi Arabia to help their Sunni allies take over the country.

4. If this wasn't messy enough, our Sunni allies in Syria that we're arming and training are not only Muslim Brotherhood, but often interlinked with Al Qaeda. Meanwhile the Shiite militias we're aiding in Iraq are terrorists who have murdered American soldiers.

5. Obama's anti-ISIS coalition consists of

A. Allies of ISIS

B. Sunni and Shiite Islamist terrorists who hate us, but also hate ISIS

C. The PKK, Marxist Kurdish militias that we officially list as a terrorist group, but is probably the least offensive group we've been aiding. Unfortunately they're being bombed by the other half of our anti-ISIS coalition.

D. Iran, which is playing the Stalin role to ISIS' Hitler.

E. The Muslim Brotherhood, to the extent that it's still a player after getting beaten badly in most political and military conflicts. Arguably the only place the Brotherhood is still winning is in Washington D.C.



F. Al Qaeda

G. Egypt, but not really because Obama still hates it for overthrowing the Muslim Brotherhood

H. Jordan, here ISIS, is pretty popular aside from the royal family.

I. Qatar, which will sponsor any Islamic terrorist group anywhere, anytime.

J. Whatever's left of the Libyan government after Obama bombed the country because Hillary and the Muslim Brotherhood asked him to. Maybe?

K. Israel? Nope. That would ruin the otherwise harmonious coalition

L. Fiji?



There are two minor problems with Obama's anti-ISIS coalition.

A. It consists almost entirely of terrorists and their state sponsors

B. Most of the coalition is at war with the rest of the coalition making it a pretty terrible coalition. But that's what smart power and diplomacy look like. That and letting Iran have the bomb and Iraq so Obama gets a shot at another Nobel Prize.
