SCOTUS to Throttle Obama ‘Upside Down’ Tyranny?

To even the least legally-sophisticated observer, Barack Obama’s Executive Order which would have unilaterally modified existing law to allow select illegal aliens to avoid deportation, was seen as an unlawful, unconstitutional intrusion into matters specifically assigned to Congress by the Constitution.

Simply put, the President, regardless of how precocious, is not supposed to be making or changing laws unilaterally and requiring government departments to follow his version of the law

Separation of powers and balance of powers are concepts that the Community Organizer from Chicago apparently forgot, or chose to ignore, in his haste to grow the Democrat Party by importing tens of millions of illegal aliens who could be counted on to vote Democrat for untold generations, as a way of saying GRACIAS!

However, Obama’s tyrannical plans may have been exposed by the SCOTUS on April 18 when the eight current justices reviewed Obama’s dubious actions in the light of day.

As reported: Justice Anthony Kennedy got right to the point, when he said it appears “as if the president is setting a policy and Congress is executing it.” He concluded: “That’s just upside down.”

God Bless Justice Kennedy for seeing the truth and telling it like it is!

One wonders how in the world one that bills himself as a Constitutional scholar (Obama) could have been so wrong. 

Perhaps exaggerated self-adoration is to blame?

With God’s help, Barack Obama’s wrong-minded Executive Orders will be expunged from the books and the law, as written, will be applied.
