"Our government at all levels has become “the dirty kitchen” Two-Hundred and Thirty plus years ago, An ideology swept across this continent. That what is right is not always easy and what is easy is not always right. To elaborate, it is never easy to forge ahead and throw off the bounds of one nation for that of another, even if that is a nation in which you or your fellow countrymen wish to create and establish. It is in fact no less than treasonous, it is nothing less than to seek death. Failure means your name lay forgotten, success means few amongst you will be. There are so many issues compounded in our great nation that none can seem to choose where to begin. To visually stimulate your mind a little; Our government at all levels has become “the dirty kitchen” if you combined the trash and uncleanliness of Thanks Giving, Christmas, six birthday parties, Jello wrestling then a Mud fight. “The dirty kitchen” you know the one where you walk in and you have this sense of overwhelming “I really do not want to do this… Where the hell do I even start!” We forget to often that those we elect are human and have these same emotions. We send them to Washington and have these expectations of them to work miracles. Yes, every district seems to think their candidate is Jesus Christ and Superman combined. Truth is, these people we elect have been told what to think, what do read, what to say and what to do a good portion of their lives. Psychology tells you what brain washing is. So we the citizenry must ask ourselves. How is it that we can elect such people then conclude reasonably that they should know exactly how to tackle “the dirty kitchen”?Where do we expect them to start? What should they fix first? (I’d really like to see some reader response on that What gets fixed First and how if it were you?) That is the problem with Washington. The Same problems our ancestors had with King George III. All that has changed is instead of tyrants afar we have them in our towns and cities and in Washington. Instead of a do nothing Parliament it is a do nothing Congress. Instead of a tea tax its a health care tax. However I do not suggest we go dumping Tylenol and other medical supplies into Boston or any harbor for that matter. I do suggest we the people of this nation become less complacent about our leadership and begin thinking about true civil unrest and leave options such as secession or even revolutionary action on the table but held as a last and final resort. We must strip both the Republicans and Democrats of power. The John Boehners and Nancy Pelosi’s of this country must be muted. Their voices squelched by a voice that cries for liberty and freedom, not security, not a weakened citizenry. We must all make an effort to not allow ourselves to become dependent on a Federal Government to care for our needs nor tell us what we should buy, should not buy, should buy into or leave behind. I personally laughed hysterically at the Occupy protestors. The Anons were off by far. Wall Street was the symptom of the problem. To this very day men and women we call Senator, Representative and even Congressmen who knew exactly what Wall Street was doing to us the American people and instead of stopping it, themselves chose to partake in what is no less than the largest robbery on record. When the bubble burst all of that money did not simply vanish. It was tied up in assets and investments that were over inflated in value and sold and then resold and then resold time and again. The money cannot vanish because it was never there to begin with. It was made up. Fictitious. A lie. A group of people said the value was “X” So it became so. Park Place and Board walk are still 400 in monopoly money but to make it easier to understand take out the board, “X” out the 400 and write 1200 on the board. You have done the exact same thing. In truth these properties and investments were worth no more than they are today. or at the lowest of their value. It is all made up based upon some made up analytic that says X = Y and here is how we figure it. It is just as laughable as the CEO of Exxon stating his company has no control over the price of his product. I ask of you. to think on this and more. We are 16 Trillion Dollars in debt as a Nation. ************************************************************************************************************************************* First allow me to assert that our Federal Government is by law its own entity. lacking entirely of Statehood or County or Country for that matter. It was designed this way on purpose. A plot of land that is to belong to the American People.Washington D.C. itself even lacked representation in the House and Senate until a short sum of years ago. That being established I shall further press onto you; that you the individual American citizen according to the IRS tax code are a legal business. Your business location is your home or residence. I ask you: If you were $16,000 not Trillion or even Billion dollars in debt what would happen to you? Would you be allowed to walk away with a wonderful bonus and severance package after taking Federal Money? Would you be brought into court and a judgment placed against you? Would your creditors deem your credit rating so worthless that you could not finance a cup of coffee? If your annual budget plan was to spend yourself into debt by an additional $11,000 dollars but you only made $220.00 a year, What would the Judge and the Lawyers and the Creditors say to you? We are 16 Trillion Dollars in Debt. The proposed budget is an additional 11 Trillion. We took in a sum of 2.2 Billion in 2011. Even less people are working now than in 2011. Non-Government groups that do not play politics are calling for from 14-16% unemployment. Republicans want to say 14% (Because the weak economy is a selling point for Republicans against Democrats). Senate Republican and Democrat Committees both have a vested interest in destroying each others credibility. I refuse to listen to either about the other. To me both parties are a few fries short of a happy meal. Democrats are in LOVE with the new way that this administration has chosen to calculate unemployment and savings and loan totals. (Loans have been artificially inflated by adding borrowed student loan money including Pell Grant. which is not a loan… Thus resulting in the Administration being able to show conclusively that “more banks are lending” when the truth is that they are not.) So how do we the great people of this nation respond? We lay down and bend over. We chose to buy the KY and ask for a deeper cleansing of our colons, 401K’s, investments, retirement plans, bank accounts, and in return we want nationalized healthcare. Sure America! Because your responsible for me because I smoke 1-pack of Camel Wides a day. Congrats! You just bought my Cancer bills. Great Job! Dumb asses! Hell, while I am at it since I am jobless, how about you pay for my food, my clothing, my cell phone bill, give me some spending money for the movies, my electricity, my water, my rent, and my internet and cable TV. ALL OF WHICH ARE COVERED BY SOCIAL ENTITLEMENT GRANTS THROUGH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Lets start with the Gays: First Amendment says we can make no law that reflects religious beliefs. As long as they are American Citizens, They should be equal to me. End of story. Illegal Immigration: Whats the difference between A Mexican illegal and A Canadian illegal? However, being here illegally IS criminal. As it should be! Anyone NOT an American citizen should NOT ENJOY THE FRUITS OF OUR NATION. NO AMERICAN should work to pay tax dollars to have it end up supporting an illegal immigrant. The key word here is illegal. There are no “buts”. The deal is that your going to cry about how cruel I am until an illegal Canadian immigrant blows up a building. Wait did he just say that? Canadian? Yes, that’s the Middle Eastern path to the US. Canada –> USA. Kaboom. Those that would do harm to our people would not fly into Mexico then puddle jump to Houston. They will go from the Middle East, to the EU to Canada then come to the USA. Illegal immigration shouldn’t be about human rights. Because it’s not. It’s about protecting the citizens and our Nation. Need another scenario? A Cuban reaches land in South Florida. He is now a dry foot and has amnesty, The Coast Guard picks him up and sees he is sick. He has Cholera or the measels or some disease (as an example only, Cuban immigrants are awesome love my Tampa / Ybor Cigars). He is quarantined. That’s sorta something that gets looked at. Forcing immigrants through customs keeps us safe reasonably without violating our rights as Americans. We have a right to say who and who is not allowed to enter our country. So did someone else I know his name was Adolf. I will never willingly trade freedom for security. To do so is no less a slight against everything it means to be an American. Benjamin Franklin himself said that anyone willing to do so deserves neither safety or freedom. Anyone who supports these bills or laws are cowards and you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not China, this is not the USSR. This is America. A briefcase nuke goes off two blocks away? A plane goes into another building? MY COUNTRY spends 13X more than the next closest county on its military. Someone WILL reap what they have sown. MY death would only be shamed by my fellow Americans sacrificing their rights because of the loss of my life. I would rather DIE FOR FREEDOM than to live for slavery. Socialized Anything…. The founding values of this nation are that you the American citizenry are personally responsible for the outcome of your decisions. You are as responsible your children not eating as it gets. Not me, not your next door neighbor, not some guy in another State. The buck stops at YOU. Two Hundred years ago it was either catch and kill or you didn’t eat. Now… It is COMPLETELY irrational to attempt in this situation to apply what was normal two hundred years ago to today. Our society has changed dramatically. However, what is irrational is to make easy decisions that would cause irreparable damage to our Nation. Bolstering and expanding social blankets moved us further away from a Republic and more towards Socialism/Communism. Lets me be CRYSTAL clear that I get WHY this is important. I myself do not have health insurance, I’m jobless, I’m living off of unemployment insurance (which I bought). But YOU my fellow American tax payer ARE NOT responsible for me. We must toughen up America. Times are hard but instead of asking “Why Me” why not ask “Why not me”. What the hell makes you so special that everyone should put up their hard-earned money to support you? Answer: Nothing, but we love our fellow Americans so I want you to eat and live and make opportunities to succeed. I don’t have health insurance. Know what I do not do? See a doctor. Why? I can’t afford it and I don’t take medicine except begrudgingly so Tylenol and NyQuil usually kicks the Flu for me. Morality and Religion… Let me start by saying the next time you see a hippie please ask them exactly what did they accomplish. I can find nothing positive except maybe some really good times with a friend named LSD. The drug culture? That was before the 60′s. Try early 1900′s and “Chinese herbal remedies”. “As the Constitution of the United States has no ties to the Christian religion” – John Adams at the Treaty of Tripoli. Morality itself has its foundation in religion. NOT the Christian religion. Religion. Every major religion has a string of constants that every man and woman of every faith can embrace. These are universal rules of morality. Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not rape, Do not covet, Do not commit adultery etc. in other words.. Treat someone how you want to be treated. Seems to be a damn hard concept. Near impossible it seems for the Socialist Butterfly and the Orkin Man. THOSE are the principles in which this nation was founded upon. Do not impose your will on others. Respect the individual and their ideas, their beliefs and let your not reptilian brain be your guide. That is moral. That is morally right. Do not chastise each other for “morality” when you both are as immoral as the gun man who just shot 20 school children! The BIG IDEA is that America was the place where everyone could go and be without prejudice, enslavement to someone elses beliefs, or the target of what someone says they should or should not do. Yes, I fully endorse doing whatever it is that makes you happy as long as your not imposing your will on others. Wanna shoot up? Sure! Doesn’t hurt me one bit. Die, see if I cry or even read your obituary. This country used to be ALL about do as you will. Then? Social Hysteria happened. Social Hysteria and the “Wars” they create. Lets count em up: War on Drugs, Alcoholism, Nicotine Addiction, Street Gangs, illegal immigration, gays and lesbians, marriage, religion, school lunches? ? ? and so many others… Drug War: Has it helped? Really? Head down to your local hood and ask. Whats “scarce” exactly? These dumb ass social hysterias just cost you more money and give the first lady something to do. In Closing: Keep playing Spy vs. Spy unless its going to cause an argument over who gets to be the white or black spy. Then you’ll need a time out or something… Eventually the American people will be sick of you OR the whole house of cards will come down around us. Either way, The people of this nation will be rid of the Conservative and the Liberal. Secession: To doubt that secession would cause the lives of the people in a particular State to dramatically be altered is an understatement. In fact this writer can find no words to describe the turmoil and hardships that would follow a successful secession vote. Not only the risk of life and limb, also the State and individual economic and political hardships, which would be involved. State Economic Hardships: So I scoured the web to find maps and the raw numbers to illustrate the financial repercussions from the loss of Federal funds for all fifty states. Problem I ran into is: It seems to depend on who you ask as to the answer you get. Ask a Republican run organization and the numbers are higher for Democratic States and slightly lower for Republican States and vice versa for the Democrat run organization. So the numbers are skewed and not worth reading or passing on. The best that I can give you is that each State receives from 90 cents to $2.00 in Federal money for every $1.00 they send to the Federal Government. So for the sake of argument let us say for every tax dollar received from the States the Federal Government returns to each State anywhere from 90 cent to $2.00 for each dollar paid. Every State receives Federal Tax dollars. Florida is the perfect example of hardships that would be created quickly if the State lost Federal income. Why? Florida does not have a State income tax system. Why do you think everyone retires to Florida? it’s not the beaches, it’s the tax shelter, golf courses and Disney for the grand-kids. Basically, Florida would have almost zero income generated by the people within the State. Sure we could make a pretty damn Penny on charging the hell out of the Feds for their Military Bases. Since Mac Dill AFB hosts the Central Command, Special Operations Command, Marine Forces Command and the Africa Command for the Entire U.S. Military. I’d say that’s worth a pretty penny. There are plenty of other revenue generating industries. Florida’s Economic Strengths post secession is as follows: ◾International Trade (40% of all U.S. exports to Latin and South America pass through Florida) ◾Tourism – with 76.8 million visitors in 2004 (a record number), Florida is the top travel destination in the world. The tourism industry has an economic impact of $57 billion on Florida’s economy. ◾Agriculture – Florida leads the southeast in farm income. ◾Florida produces about 75% of the U.S. oranges and accounts for about 40% of the world’s orange juice supply. ◾Services – growth in high tech, financial & back office operations ◾Software – many small, entrepreneurial companies ◾Health Technology (medical, biotech, laboratories) Individual Economic Hardships: All “entitlements” would vanish into this air. Those who were the poorest would starve to death or the State Government would have to find a way to keep the programs open. This on top of the fact that the price for everything goes up because there would be import and export tariffs imposed almost immediately. The State would host two cultures, American and Island culture. This culture gap would create an economic gap between the two cultures. Which if the State saw to it to stick to their guns on individual responsibility you would see a major exodus from South Florida to the next closest Union State or to Central Florida. Barring natural disaster the Florida Citrus Industry would see a massive boom from the lack of Federal regulations. With enough deregulation the citrus and farming industry could in fact prop up Florida’s economy or doom it to collapse. The major jobs creation would be tech or farming. Political Hardships: Florida Passport would be required just to get on a plane and leave the State; just as you would need one to get back into the State. Florida is very lax on illegal immigration the wet foot / dry foot law would not be enforced. The level of migrant workers would surge. There would be the initial then constant threat of invasion from the U.S. Government, unless a cease fire and treaty were signed almost immediately. Let us say that no less than Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas left the Union as well. If such States were to form a new country the combined economic power would keep them afloat. Texas being the single largest bread winner (14th largest economy in the world) and general control of the Gulf of Mexico would then be established with the exception of Louisiana waters. So Florida could survive? As Florida stands today absolutely not in any way shape or form. The level of adjustments that would need to be made would keep any State Senator and House Representative burning the candle at both ends. Unless there was an immediate ratification of the Original United States Constitution, then a literal nit-picking of individual laws and mandates from the Federal Government. Value in Secession? What is the value in secession? It seems pretty clear that to secede is pretty much a warp speed to life sucking by factor of ten. The value is what you are willing to trade for. Freedom for security just is not a fair trade to me. I am at my wits end with the 4th Amendment being pissed all over by the PATRIOT Act. I am at my wits end with the 10th Amendment being pissed all over by the Affordable Care Act. I am at my wits end with the idea that any American is “owed” anything other than the inalienable rights guaranteed to them under the U.S. Constitution. You have the right to the pursuit of happiness. Not the right to happiness. You have the right to starve to death for being lazy or being unable to find a job. You have the right to an education but you are responsible to obtain it. You have the right to live (meaning no person has the right to kill you or take your life); you have the right to liberty. These rights are given to you but you must fight to not only keep but to be able to utilize them. We as Americans have the choice to struggle or fall into the abyss. If someone so chooses to fall into the abyss and willingly goes quietly into the night, it is not to your neighbor to pull you out against their will. They themselves have their own responsibilities to care toward. The only value in secession is the value you place on the founding principles of this nation. What is the world you want your grand and great grand-children to know? How does your struggle and willingness to give up what you know to seek out Liberty from the Tyrannical measure up against tomorrow? If you place no fault or value on these principles and wish to live your days peacefully then that is your decision. You are weak minded and deserve to be ostracized and I dare say swing from a noose as a traitor, but that’s my view and opinion. Secession is an American principle and it must never be taken off the table. Reminder: We were whose colonies and we did what? If nothing else a vote on secession in each State would send a clear message to Washington that the people have had enough. There is little and few who doubt that slavery was a major issue of the first civil war. What was it about slavery though? Was it really the Union being “morally upright”? Was this time in American history the first try at abolishing it? Secession NOT an American Principle? We were 13 colonies of whose? We did what? We were founded by secession. Maybe, just take the time to remember where we came from and that the seriousness of these AMERICAN principles are at the very least the most basic ideal and fundamental principle and connection we have as American Citizens. Our right of protest and the redress of grievances. It is to the military and our leaders to protect the people from enemies both foreign and domestic. It is to the People to determine the causes and those enemies. Congress is supposed to be an elected assembly of the people. The past 50 years it seems to have become an elected assembly of the lesser of two evils given as choices. First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” To feel that the threat of or the act of secession is treason is to deny our history and our entire American way of life. So keep this in mind always. Civil War: The period before the Civil War all of America was looking west. The idea of slavery expanding westward was a financial nightmare for northern businesses. Both northern and southern States wanted a piece of the action out west. Stopping slavery from expanding to the west basically stopped southern States from westward expansion and claims. When you have a free labor work force how much can you undercut the guy who has to pay his workers? While we all like to accept the fairy tale that the civil war was about right and wrong and the redress of morally bankrupt slavery ideals and principles. It was really about the same thing everything else is today Money, Power, and Greed for both sides. When you are on the moral side of the coin, your reason is the right one, regardless of the original intention. The key to any debate? If your right and I’m wrong you win. It does not matter what the issue is. As long as you can prove me wrong on anything your right. This was not the first time there was an attempt to outlaw slavery. At the end of the Revolutionary War; General Washington returned home. As the story goes he was expressing his satisfaction with winning the war. An older female slave basically put it to him like this: That’s fantastic and all but what about us? That got him thinking and he knew she was right…Several of the most prominent founding fathers did not believe that slavery should endure beyond the creating of the United States of America. Washington, Jefferson and others were simply out voted. –partially. While they could not eliminate slavery in the United States they did manage to make it illegal to bring more slaves into the country with a catch! When the US Constitution was written in 1787, a long forgotten and peculiar provision was included in Article I, the part of the document dealing with the duties of the legislative branch: Section 9. The migration or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person. In other words, the government could not ban the importation of slaves for 20 years after the adoption of the Constitution. And as the designated year 1808 approached, those opposed to slavery began making plans for legislation that would outlaw the trans-Atlantic slave trade. A senator from Vermont first introduced a bill to ban the importation of slaves in late 1805, and President Thomas Jefferson recommended the same course of action in his annual address to Congress a year later, in December 1806. The law was finally passed by both houses of Congress on March 2, 1807, and Jefferson signed it into law on March 3, 1807. However, given the restriction imposed by Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution, the law would only become effective on January 1, 1808. In subsequent years the law would have to be enforced, and at times the US Navy dispatched vessels to seize suspected slave ships. An African Squadron patrolled the west coast of Africa, interdicting ships suspected of carrying slaves. The 1807 law ending the importation of slaves did nothing to stop the buying and selling of slaves within the United States. And, of course, the controversy over slavery would continue for decades, and would not be finally resolved until the end of the Civil War and the passage of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. Tomorrows Civil War: If we get to that point: if secession actually ever happens again. History does repeat itself so it is not off the table or out of the question. What would it be about? Poor versus Rich? The American citizenry versus the government? I am leaning more toward some event such as the dollar falls out from under us. Milk and bread sky rocket along with everything else. We have huge income gaps between the middle class communities where the idea of if I work really hard and fight for it, I too can have success is not going away but gone. We know that it’s only getting worse. Someone in Texas begins to lead the charge. Why Texas? Its 14th largest economy in the world the only State in the union that if it left; it could grow on its own without the need of imports or exports. It is literally a self-sustaining State. So what happens? Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina, Missouri, North and South Dakota, Arizona, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Utah would likely go with them. Why those States? It is a smart political move. It is not a Red or Blue issue. Once you take a good hard deep look into Texas you would realize how deeply that State affects your daily life. I do not think that this time around that the United States government could reform the union. There would simply be too much to overcome. So if it happened. It wouldn’t be the same chaotic war that costs so many American lives. Last year the United States and the rest of the U.N. signed an agreement regarding rebellion and insurrection in U.N. countries. The agreement states that before any actions there must be U.N. peace keepers to negotiate. In other words, global politics become involved before a shot can be fired. To top it all off the laws surrounding insurrection and rebellion only allow the Federal Government to become involved in such acts IF the State Government is in danger of being over thrown. In which case of secession is not the case. The Secession Question: So at the end of the day the Federal Government refused to answer the petitions. It’s really a tricky duck. How do you answer it and not cause more damage? The reason for this is that to not answer is a PR nightmare and to answer is as well. Not answering won’t make this go away, it will just make it louder. Our American passion for calling people out…. As much as I hate to say it, we are all about to find out exactly where we stand in our Statehood. The odd part is that I can’t find a single shred of legal paper that specifically says that the Federal Government can say is what states are allowed to leave it. That is reserved to the States by the 10th Amendment of the Constitution. (debatable but applicable) There are no laws on the books regarding if secession is illegal or not or even the legal means in which to go about it. In other words: Power is limited to the Federal Government by that which is in the Constitution, nor prohibited by the States, are reserved to the States or the people. Since the Insurrection Act is not an article or amendment to the Constitution it is null. At the point of a State who submits to leave the Union. The flip side is that the State and its citizens are also no longer guaranteed the rights under the Constitution. In fact the United States must yield to the UN to intercede primarily before it can employ military force in such a matter. That is to say if it follows its own rules regarding rebellion in NATO countries. ************************************************************************************************************************************ Making Article I Section 8 of the Constitution “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;” the only legally applicable action in the event of Insurrection. The Insurrection Act and all others applications go out the window legally as soon as a Governor and the States Federal Representatives walk through that door. When that door swings closed the State takes its militia (National Guard) with it. Saying Yes means that someone somewhere will start to petition their State for it. Saying No means that the federal government “will not peacefully” allow a State to leave the union raising the Military vs. Civilian question to the forefront and somewhere someone will test this theory. In which case is an alarming situation with dire consequences and could becomes another possible Kent State or Boston Massacre leading to another Shays Rebellion or potentially the second Civil War. The part that is really freaky is that the Insurrection Act of 1807 rev. 2006-7 does not apply to States leaving the Union but to Citizens revolting against their State Government. In other words there is still NO LAW that says a State cannot leave the Union. The Federal Government is prohibited from Stepping in UNLESS it is an insurrection against the State Government. ************************************************************************************************************************************* § 331. Federal aid for State governments Whenever there is an insurrections in any State against its government, the President may, upon the request of its legislature or of its governor if the legislature cannot be convened, call into Federal service such of the militia of the other States, in the number requested by that State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to suppress the insurrection. ************************************************************************************************************************************* § 332. Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State or Territory by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion. ************************************************************************************************************************************* § 333. Major public emergencies; Iinterference with State and Federal law (a) USE OF ARMED FORCES IN MAJOR PUBLIC EMERGENCIES.– (1) The President , by using the militia ormay employ the armed forces , or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to, including the National Guard in Federal service, to– (A) restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States, the President determines that– (i) domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of maintaining public order; and (ii) such violence results in a condition described in paragraph (2); or (B) suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy if it– such insurrection, violation, combination, or conspiracy results in a condition described in paragraph (2). (2) A condition described in this paragraph is a condition that– (1) (A) so hinders the execution of the laws of a State or possession, as applicable, and of the United States within that State or possession, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State or possession are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2)(B) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws. (3) In any situation covered by clause (1) paragraph (1)(B), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution. (b) NOTICE TO CONGRESS.– ************************************************************************************************************************************* The President shall notify Congress of the determination to exercise the authority in subsection (a)(1)(A) as soon as practicable after the determination and every 14 days thereafter during the duration of the exercise of the authority. In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution. Section 1076 of H.R. 5122.ENR allows the President to: “…employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to… restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States…, where the President determines that,…domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of maintaining public order; suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy…” This act attempts to nullify the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C. 331-335) and gives the President the legal ability to declare Martial Law under any condition he so chooses. The Posse Comitatus Act outlaws willful use of any part of the US Military to execute the law unless expressly authorized by the Constitution or an Act of Congress. History supplies the grist for an argument that the Constitution prohibits military involvement in civilian affairs subject to only limited alterations by Congress or the President, but the courts do not appear to have ever accepted the argument unless violation of more explicit constitutional command could also be shown. The provision for express constitutional authorization when in fact the Constitution contains no such express authorizations has been explained alternatively as a meaningless political face saving device or as an unartful reference to the President’s constitutional powers. Is it common sense to continue to give away 9 billion dollars of tax payer money to unfriendly countries and foreign aid including 2 billion dollars a year to Egypt who votes against the United States 80% of the time in the United Nations. All this while your own inner cities crumble. 40% of your high school graduates can only read or write at a fourth grade level. We have to import people from India or China for our tech industry. Because we haven’t enough smart people in America. This is madness. We must lay down our misplaced global burden and rebuild America first! We cannot support the world while neglecting our own country. Are we unifying America with common sense when politicians cry out we must show compassion for the 15-20 million illegal immigrants in this country? But not word of compassion for the overburdened American tax payer who is forced to subsidize these invaders by paying over 250 billion dollars of their hard earned money to establish America as the welfare department of a failed corrupt foreign country. Are you unifying America with common sense by sending out your utility bills and social security checks in Spanish? Legal and illegal immigrants have no incentive to learn our unifying culture and language because we make it easy for them not to assimilate. How many of you write in big letters across that bill ENGLISH ONLY PLEASE. Stop bending over backwards to accommodate every other culture than your own. Is it common sense to allow your activist judges to ignore your culture your history your Declaration of Independence and every other founding document? Endowed by their “CREATOR” certain inalienable rights. It does not say what or which creator. It is ambiguous! The fact that we have the RIGHT to believe as we wish is in jeopardy. Is it common sense to allow our beliefs as individuals to be circumvented by our government? To have us bend or force us against our protected beliefs? Is it common sense that the very party who claims to be the party of the people and shouts “We will bring change” persistently stops all common sense legislation to secure your borders. Establish workplace verification and stop tax payer money for illegals? They call themselves “progressive”, “Global thinkers”, There was another word for them in 1776. They were called Traitors! This happened all once before, 236 years ago. It led to Revolution and thousands of dead in the streets. It will happen again unless we take back America now. Perhaps you allow all of this out of a distorted notion of Tolerance. Aristotle once said: Tolerance is the last remaining virtue of a dying nation. We are tolerating the behavior that is destroying us. Wine, Rich and full of body and color. Once you dilute it with enough water it ceases to be wine and is simply water. No president or political party can save us now. Only an aroused citizenry can turn this uncommon sense around.
