On a rainy windy day, Nov. 20, 2013, along with Gov. Sarah Palin and Sens. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, on the National Mall and standing near the World War II Memorial before hordes of patriotic veterans, I called for a Second American Revolution, one based on civil disobedience a la Rev. Martin Luther King – who had delivered his eloquent “I Have a Dream Speech” many years ago at the Lincoln Memorial.

It had become apparent to me that the nation was in a downward spiral, being led by an illegitimate president whose Muslim and African heritage permeated everything he, as a self-appointed king, had foisted on us. At the time, the United States was just beginning to feel the effects of Obamacare, and the administration was immersed deeper and deeper in scandal – ranging from Benghazi-gate, to IRS-gate, to Immigration-gate and a host of other sleaze. To top it all off, this “Muslim king” was doing everything in his considerable power to harm our trusted ally Israel, to likewise dismiss and ignore the interests of Jews and Christians at home and abroad, and to institute his system of socialist government largely designed to extract reparations from white and other Americans for the years of discrimination against his people. In short, the United States was being ruled by a tyrant.



To make my point in a satirical way, I called on the Muslim king to “get off up his knees, put the Quran down and to come out with his hands up!” My speech caused an uproar on CNN and MSNBC in particular, and I was vilified as designated spokesperson for the tea party for a solid two weeks.

Never before had anyone dared to call Obama what he is. Even the venerable and valued Fox News Channel had never and still will not call the president out for his racist, prejudiced views and actions, nearly all of which are colored by his Muslim and African roots. As just one example, there is always some other reason to explain why he is more concerned and fixated about discrimination against Muslims than the terrorist acts they routinely commit against us infidels. According to Fox News’ political commentators, either he just doesn’t get it, is naïve, or there is some other non-transparent reason. Well, my friends, time is ticking, and it is too late to mince words.



This helps not only explain the rise of Donald Trump, who generally does not mince words, but also Bernie Sanders on the left. The people are simply fed up with a corrupt government and the media whores who keep them in power by disseminating false and misleading information to cover for their friends in power – the same friends they rub shoulders with in and around the Potomac.



The past week has underscored just how bad the situation has become in the last two and one half years since my speech on the Mall. Starting with the Supreme Court, in a case styled McDonnell v. United States, the nation has become relegated to a future of even greater political and government corruption. In an 8-to-0 ruling, the high court created a binding legal precedent that politicians and other government servants including judges can accept gratuities, that is bribes, and are immune from indictment and conviction unless prosecutors can prove that the person accepting the bribe would not have taken the favorable quid pro quo action but for the bribe. This ruling occurred in the context of former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and his wife, who had accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts from a donor allegedly to do favors for him. A jury convicted them both for these crimes. But ignoring the jury verdict, the so-called conservative justices on the Supreme Court were happy to throw out the McDonnells’ convictions, not surprisingly since they are all part of the Washington, D.C., Republican establishment that scratches each others’ backs.



But why did the liberal justices also go along? The answer is simple and two-fold! By creating this precedent, the liberal justices were telegraphing to the Obama Justice Department that it lacks the grounds to indict and try Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for accepting contributions to her family foundation in exchange for favors to those foreign and in many instances Muslim countries and interests while she was the Muslim king’s secretary of state. These illegal bribes are, of course, likely evidenced on the over 35,000 emails she deleted from her private server.



The second reason is that the Supreme Court justices themselves accept and benefit from gratuities bestowed upon them by special interests. They and their families are frequently invited at no expense to events in Hawaii and other vacation spots to enjoy themselves all in exchange for participating in seminars and other bogus “learning experiences.” And, remember my case at Judicial Watch against Vice President Dick Cheney’s non-transparent and secret energy task force, which we sought to have opened up for public scrutiny. Was it mere coincidence that just weeks before the case was to be heard on oral argument before the Supreme Court, Vice President Cheney invited and later took Justice Antonin Scalia and his son on a duck hunting trip all expenses paid by the veep himself? And, was it just a coincidence that Scalia later ruled against Judicial Watch, cementing Cheney’s claim that he had a right to keep his meetings with energy company special interests secret, and wrote the majority decision for the entire Supreme Court?



This more than regrettably is the country we are forced to live in today. And, with news that Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Obama’s racist comrade, secretly met this week with former President Bill Clinton, as the Justice Department is allegedly deciding whether Hillary will be indicted over the illegal use of her secret private email server, it is clear that the fix is in. The Wicked Witch of the Left is off scot-free to continue her criminal enterprise potentially as the next corrupt president of the United States.



So it has now become even clearer than it appeared to me on Nov. 20, 2013. On this anniversary of our Declaration of Independence, I have only four words to declare: “Time for another revolution!” If it was good enough for our Founding Fathers, it is good enough for we 21st century Americans whose freedoms are even more abridged today than in 1776.
